RE: Montez Ard
Joe please send transfer request from the memorial page. Thanks

I'm a little behind on my F.A.G. emails but I'm working them today and tomorrow. If I don't get to your request this weekend, I should have it completed by next week.

Happy Family Tree Climbing

re: Mary Polly Stephenson wife of John Thomas Brodie.
I am interested in the information attc to the picture made by Susan Wiliams 2013 with this tag
"Mary Sarah Stevenson Bodie, daughter of Jesse and Sarah Stevenson of Orangeburg Co., SC"

What is the source? I am sending this same message to Susan Williams as well.

I have a "lost relative" named Jesse R Stephenson b c 1820.

Thank you

The best I can remember the Bridges marker in Zion cemetery of Crisp county is about midway down in the middle of the cemetery. Thanks!

Claire
Gladys Cartwright in Gonzalez UMC Cemetery
Hey Joe,

Just wanted to make sure that Mrs Cartwright is no longer among us. There is a photo on the memorial page of Earnie Cartwright (her husband), which you maintain. We were at the cemetery yesterday and there is not a death date for Mrs. Cartwright and there is no granite slab over the plot, as is over Mr. Cartwright's grave. Sooooo, just wanted to see if you knew for sure that she is gone. Also, If she has recently passed on, would you rather wait for the date to be put on the marker, before requesting a photo?? We did take photos yesterday, if you want them posted.

Bayview Pics
Hi. I've got the pictures from Bayview. I didn't post them yet because someone else claimed them. I'll wait a few days, and if his pictures are not posted, I'll go ahead. I did post some pics of the graves of a Terry A. Ward, and Kenneth V. Ward. They were buried next to Ira, and Katie Ward, and Kenneth, and Lurline Ward.

You are welcome. I also took a picture of the grave of Linda Bodie. She was about 20 ft away from the others. I made a memorial for her. If she is related to you, I'll transfer that one too. Woody

RE: Cartwright in Beulah
So glad that you were able to get it straightened out. That stone was terrible to try to read. I'd have had the monument company come out and work on the inscription. The picture looks great but it's nearly impossible to read the dates at the bottom of the stone.

Cartwright in Beulah
Since this is your family, I'm sure you're probably right about him not being her husband, but he is still the person sharing the marker with her.

Here is a link to her husband's page. It looks like you will need to copy and paste:

Deborah B Cartwright in Beulah Chapel Cemetery
Joe,

Are you sure that Deborah is no longer among the living??? While there is a double marker there with her name and birthday, there is no death date listed and no indication of a fairly recent burial. (Her husband is buried there, but....) If you have some information showing that she has died that is fine, but if not, maybe we should wait to post the photo. Would be kind of creepy to be on the internet and find a link to Find A Grave with your name and a photo of your tombstone!

What do you think??

RE: Elafair Cartwright
Hi Joe,

I'm so glad to see that Elafaire has been located. I do not understand how husband Mike and I could have missed her in two trips. The marker looks very clean and not because it's been recently cleaned. All I can say is that we must have had some idea about it looking older or something and therefore we just didn't see her. Really glad that she's been found though. So nice of you to thank us when we weren't successful. Maybe we'll be more successful the next time we try to find one for you.

Ella Fair Cartwright
I found her grave marker at the Jay Cemetery. If you come into the main entrance of the cemetery, to the far left almost in the front of the cemetery with an upright marker and foot stone, she is there. Here marker is next to a couple of a Sorrell families markers. I took photos of those as well. I have uploaded two photos for the Find A Grave. Ella's name on the marker is ELLA FAIR.
