Hi, I have added his middle name, however concerning the "Pvt", it is currently added as a prefix, not part of his name. Find A Grave has a specific section to fill out with prefixes such as "Pvt", "Dr", etc. May I ask why you would want me to remove the prefix? :)Jessica

Thank you for providing the tombstone photo for this memorial. I was previously told that there was no marker. Obviously your detective work proved this wrong.

Thank you very very much! I just got to thinking....maybe I should have only asked For John T.C. Trine's photo (and not his wife, Hannah...their daughter, clara, and W.O.'s wife May.) That long strip of cement used to have plastic name and date plaques on it and when I was in the cemetery (without a camera) in 2009, I noticed the spots where markers used to be....not sure what has happened to them though.
The cemetery looks nice.....like great clean up has been done in the past 4 years.

|Stephen Conner||RE: Cemetery Location|
There isn't a cemetery named Eugene Cemetery. The picture that I took of the marker for Frances and Hazel Wade is at Lane Memorial Gardens - 5300 W 11th - Eugene, Or - Lane County.
I didn't set up the memorial for the Wade's, but I did send a message to the person that did about the cemetery name. If you send me your email address I will send you maps of the cemetery and the location of the grave. You can also find the cemetery on google earth.

Hi Ron, I recently found out that Levi Pridmore is buried at Mt. Vernon Cemetery. They apparently have records on him. He has no stone and there is a person that is checking on getting a headstone for him as he was in the Civil War..

Thank you so much for the photo and the information on C Henry Gressman. I am sorry he does not have a marker. The photo is appreciated.

|Alice Morton||Hi Ron|
I just received your information on Levi Pridmore. I know our book states that his name is Leroy and the Oregon Death Index has his name as Leroy but all of the other records on him his name is listed as Levi and that includes his Civil War records. I am not sure which is correct. He and his family lived 10 blocks from where I live on the very same street in Springfield.. I am interested to know where you saw records on him as I have the original records at my house unless someone else does to that I am unaware of..If you have any records that state his name is Leroy I will change it..We put Levi/Leroy in our lost list in our book as he is one of the ones we don't know where he is buried. I am not sure we have a record on him. Most of the people in our lost list has either their obituary or their death certificate listing that they are at Laurel Grove but they are not in our records. I will recheck the records..Thanks

Thank you so much for looking for the grave of my great grandfather. His daughter Grace tried years ago to find her father's grave and could not find it. Now I know why. I appreciate your hard work.
