John Frank #129783157
Hi, my name is Linda Kuzak and thanks to you I believe I have found some information on a family member John Frank. If my info is correct he would be my maternal grandmothers half brother. In his bio you mentioned his obit was in the May 9th 1903 paper. Would you happen to know which paper or perhaps have a copy of the obit? Charles Frank whom you mentioned on Find A Grave would be John's grandfather and Edward Frank his father my great grandfather. The children he had with his first wife (Mary and John) were never spoken of and it was only through mine and my cousins digging did we discover this forgotten family. Any info would be greatly appreciated, but I do want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you do and for taking care of these Lost Angels.
Sincerely, Linda Kuzak.
My grandparents name is Miller, so at first I thought you were a family member!

RE: Antonio Peronace information.
Thank you for the Heads Up. I am not posting any additional information on any memorials, just assembling them state by state as is. I have entensive newspaper files from that covers many of these individuals and their crimes and execution and am keeping that info to myself because I have already run into a moderator who has banned me and warned me after re-instating me.

RE: Antonio Peronace information.
I am slowly learning about this site and have already experienced some opposition from one of the moderators. One of the members here told me about the virtual cemetery feature and I am creating a file state by state on executed criminals for my own reference. It becomes a moot point whether or not information appears about their crime or the fact that they were executed because I know what happened to them. However, in many cases there is a lot of information describing their crimes and execution.

Those stories you mentioned sound awful. I have always held people who harm children in particular contempt and sex criminals don't rate much higher.

I am not posting quite content working on assembling my virtual cemetery files. Anybody who is interested is welcome to refer to them.

RE: Antonio Peronace information.
Well, I would say this individual's mistakes were not exactly comparable to mistakes "we all make", but you are right....he paid the price.

My purpose for identifying him as a convicted murderer who was executed for his crime is purely to provide information as this is an informational site. But, you of course have the decision whether or not you feel it's appropriate to add such information.

I appreciate your prompt response.

Robert- You deserve so much more than a thank you. So here is another one. Thank you again.
I am glad you have personal convictions and stick to them. I love the history and being able to place it here is important to me, so I am glad you have a resolution that suits us both. Good work.
These are distant family members for me, I appreciate your help. Peggy

RE: Transfers complete
Good evening, I wasn't asking for transfers but it's ok. I thought maybe you were keeping some sort of records for these local cems as well and I wanted to provide a little insight into what I had. I will keep it in mind just the same. Thanks.

RE: John Chocolis correction.
Thank you so much for all of your contributions and help. I have one more favor to ask of you. Would you delete your memorial for my great grandfather John Choclis #134801842. I had also added him recently as John Choclis SR. # 154075797 and made all of his connecting relatives. I added Sr. to his name so that not to confuse anyone about his son with the same name. Unfortunately his son's name was also written incorrectly on his headstone.
Thank you again for all of your dedication, Cindy

Thank you very much for taking the time to place the fine photo of Joseph and Mary Zebrowski. Their son, Joe, is one of my best friends and I entered monuments, to them, on his behalf. I have just sent him a notice that your photo is placed of his parents monument and I am positive that, he too, will be glad and thankful for your effort.

I understand your reasoning for not posting obituaries that might be obtained from the local library, but there are so many sources these days to find obituaries. I very rarely get them from libraries any more because it takes weeks and it is costly. They are readily available on Internet sites like

RE: Thank You again
You're welcome and thanks for processing my corrections. Most of the time I'm not able to find the death certificates for these people despite having, in some cases, the birth and death dates (if you see that I've added the dates and locations I found the death certificate, otherwise I didn't). I wonder if they used the Orthodox Church Calendar.

To be honest some of the time I'm not entirely certain about the surnames. As often happens with spelling a name in another alphabet it isn't always done the same way by everyone. If someone comes up with better spellings I suggest accepting them. On several tombstones I tried to determine the names but didn't feel confident enough to use what I came up with.

I have found a grave of a Michael Monahan (1931-1908) in a Leetonia, OH, cemetery. Could this be your Michael or should I enter this gravesite as a new one?
