|Rod Carty||Jubal Goggin|
Thanks for contributing photos to Find A Grave. You don't have any photo copying permission info in your profile, so as per the default copyright instructions on Find A grave I am asking if it is ok for me to copy your photos to my family tree? I use MyHeritage.com for the online version, and it is set to keep the information private for site non-members.
I always attribute the photo to the place I got it from and the poster, both for credit where credit is due but also for my records.
At this time I am interested in your gravestone photo of Jubal Goggin Find A Grave Memorial# 22827740 in Mountain Valley Cemetery, Mountain Grove, Wright County, Missouri. Jubal is a son of Green Berry Goggin and Elizabeth Carty Goggin, a 1st cousin 3 times removed.

Wonderful!! Well then hello there long lost distant cousin! :-)
I made contact with one of James Prestons sons a couple of weeks ago. James as you probably know was Sara's brother. Would you happen to have a picture of Sarah and William that we could post on here by chance? or pictures of Elijah and Dicey?? I'm coming up to WV this spring to get some more pics of headstones and document better where folks are at going on up the family tree. I've been working from the Jeremiah Preston level down since about July and found findagrave and started documenting what I had in it.
As to how we tie together Sarah's father was Elijah Preston(1846/8) and he had an older brother Richard who is may GGGGgrandfather - so you know you're husband and I are like first cousins :-)
Richard must have thought a lot of Elijah Preston as about 4-6 years later he named one of his sons after him - Elijah Preston(1852).
Here's one you might not know - Sarah and William were married by Jacob Hylton. Jacob was the second husband of Sarah Jane Meadows and she was Jeremiah Prestons daughter(Sarah Vandivorts aunt). The wedding was held at Elijah Prestons house.

I just requested a photo for Glen Reaves (#116592501) and then noticed you had posted a photo to his wife's memorial (#10188006) of her marker which also includes Glen.
Would you like to add the same photo to Glen's memorial and fulfill my request?

|Olin E. Hartley||Walter Gould Hartley|
Hi Janet -
I see you have photoed several headstones of the Hartley Family in Cabool Cemetery. I have a request in for Walter and am wondering if you have ever seen his headstone. He was really a bad dude and his family may have not had his grave marked. If so, I will pull my photo request.
Would appreciate hearing back for you.

Janet, may I have your permission to use the gravestone photo you took of the gravestone for Howard & Lucy. I'd like to put it in my family tree on ancestry. Since the photographer hold the copyright for each photo, I always like to ask before using a photo on another web site. I will, of course, credit you as the photographer and give the link to the web site of the memorials.
