I will transfer the memorials. Culp is my husband's line but I just don't stop with the direct line so did lots of research on the whole family. Roberta

I just checked Benjamin's memorial. I wonder why they did not place a picture of Benjamin's broken stone on his memorial? Roberta

Davis photo(s) at Abingdon cemetery
Diane,
You are welcome. There are many more Davis related burials (including Joseph Davis) there that need headstone photos but I only took a few yesterday because another contributor to a similar website (IGPP) wanted her photos deleted due to how the inscriptions were photographed by her mother years ago. So my visit to the cemetery yesterday was for a limited project. I'll go back out when the weather warms up to try and get additional headstone photos for the memorials lacking them.

RE: headstone
Oh I know! When I found the stone I was looking for Robert, there appears to be a name (Robert B) across the top and another that has an N (Frank T) through the middle. It was the N that made me question it. The photo is good but seeing it is better. I can email you a larger photo if you'd like, I've taken several at different times of the day to try to get best one.

Hogg, Newark, OH
Hi Diane,

According to records Frank T Hogg, prents Robert and Adelia Hogg. Aged 9 mos and 11 days. Date of death Oct 19, 1872. His grave is next to Robert B and after going back and checking the headstone I beleive both names are on there. Hopefully this helps.

Hogg, Cedar hill
Hi Diane,

I was able to get more info from the cem. office. The lot that robert is in is a single grave area, which means that burials may not be related. Sarah Barber is not an issue. Although there is a Frank T Hogg in that section. According to cem. records Frank and Robert have the same parents. I wasn't sure if you were aware of Frank or not. Ido have a little more info, but the headstone could belong to either child.

Hello Diane,

I beleive i may have found Robert, but i'm not 100%. Will check with office, but was wondering if Robert would have any connection with Sarah or James Barker? (located in the same sec/lot)

Thanks for your time,
@ngel

I plan on going to collect more photos in March. I have family in Elliott County and Morgan County. My grandmother is buried in Blair Cemetery so we go once a year to place flowers on her gave. I will look for your other requests when I go. Michele (Indiana just outside Chicago)
