Yes, my uncle did say he took that picture at their dairy. They (my aunt and uncle) mentioned many times that they made ice cream there. I never got to meet them--in fact, I have yet to meet any of my dozens of Wright and Meek (mostly Wright...) third cousins there in Newark and the surrounding area. One year I heard a rumour of a Reunion for a Meek line that has fourth cousins to me, but then never got any concrete info. Maybe some year...

RE: Re: SLATERs
I transferred Elmer, Viola, and Lawrence Slater. I don't know if I got Lawrence's name right - might be Eberhardt. You can fix it.
I only created those three memorials so I could post the photos I took in the cemetery today. I'm happy to transfer them to you.

Faller
Kyle Myers that listed the Faller in Thornville Cemetery did so from cemetery records. So I would have the tendency to believe he is buried there instead of New Lexington Cemetery. I will put this name on my list and try to check it out further. There are some transcriptions at the New Lexington Library and next time I go there I will see what I can find out.

Wilson McCREARY, Find A Grave Memorial# 89911392
Shirley,
Thanks for posting the photo of the grave of Wilson McCREARY at Cedar Hill Cemetery. I have been researching the men of the 120th OVI for about 13 years. May I include Wilson's photo in my research? It will eventually go to some libraries. I always give credit to the photographers for the photos.

More info for Gary L. Bachelor
Dear Shirley,
Hi! How are you? Thanks for all the work you have done on Find A Grave. I have more information on Gary L. Bachelor. He is also my cousin. He graduated from Zanesville High School. Gary was in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He retired from AEP after 37 years of service. Gary was a Supervisor. He was an accomplished woodworker. His favorite past times were boating and golfing, and he had a love for Corvettes. There is more.

Forrest Dale Shannon
Hi Shirley,
Yes, I am related to Forrest Dale Shannon, David R, Paul Eugene, Ruth Irene and Ruby Louise Shannon. They are cousins. My Caroline Eliza Chaney Shannon "Eliza or Lizzie" was my great aunt. Are they/Forrest Dale related to you? Do you have a question? I work again tomorrow 6A-7P, so it will be late, when I respond, unless you are online now and post a response shortly.
Thanks, Deb

Nancy Milburn
Samuel Scott Tinker, Licking Co, OH
The mother for Samuel is listed as Mary Blaston on his find a grave page. His mother's correct name is Mary Ann Blackstone. She was the daughter of Ebenezer Blackstone and Sophia White. She was my two times great-grandmother on my father's side. Please let me know any additional documentation you may require to make this correction.

Thank you for all the work you do on the Find a Grave project.

Hi Shirley.

No need to feel bad. It is pleasure to help out, I really hope everything is ok with you and your family. Sorry it took so long to get the photo I've been dealing with some school issues with my son and softball with my girls which has taken a lot of my spare time.

Many Thanks for all you do, Happy Mothers Day --Angel
