RE: Ira Ward
No, I wasn't there for the burials of either Ira or Fern. Have you checked with the cemetery office?

RE: Henry Blalock
Thanks for the contact. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly where the grave is located. I found the name of the cemetery by looking at the family Bible but did not have a plot location. I would assume that he is buried by his wife, but I have been unable to find an obituary or burial record for her.

The location was changed on the site when I posted the photo. I don't know about his dad or where their plots are. I spoke with a woman who met the mother while visiting the grave.

Hattie McDaniel remains at Angelus Rosedale Cemetery. The cenotaph at H4E was place by Tyler Cassity when he bought the place in 1998, to partially honor her final wish to be buried there in the first place. He did offer to mover her remains but her family declined the offer.

I did not get word of Anton Yelchin's transfer. I found it by accident and asked around after I found it. I learned that his mother moved him there and that she visits the grave often.

His service was at Mount Sinai, and he was originally buried there. Then, for some reason, his mother had him moved to Hollywood Forever. He is by the lake, not far from the Hattie McDaniel Memorial. I was truly surprised to find him there.

RE: Ira Ward
Hi, Micah -- I'm sorry, I don't know the particular section of the cemetery where Ira's buried. If you find him, however, would you mind seeing if his wife is buried there with him? Her name is Fern Marie (Duffy) Ward. I don't know why she doesn't have a memorial page on findagrave.com.

Thanks, and I hope you have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving holiday!

Unfortunately, no... I don't know where she is buried there. The office won't give out that information over the phone.

I'm afraid I don't. The office won't give me the information (as they should). We can let this one go~~~

hello, micah, i don't understand what you are asking?
but it is william perry stallsmith, son of sarah clark stallsmith. william perry is a name combination from her side. william perry stallsmith and maude poole stallsmith had a son named william paul stallsmith. perry was changed to paul because maude poole stallsmith was a devout episcopalian. i hope this helps. thanks, anne

RE: Heidi Grd
Yes, THAT is the question.
You got the record/name from somewhere, so please check what it was.
I searched Social Security Death Reg. at Familysearch.org (free!) for Heidi (NO surname), born 1931-1933, died 2008-2009, NO location and it came up with (FIRST reply):

Heidi F Glang
United States Social Security Death Index
born: 3 January 1932
died: 2 July 2009
Montgomery, Maryland

I think it is TOO MUCH of a coincidence that this Heidi died in Montgomery Co, MD AND was born 1932 AND died 2009 AND name begins with G !!!

Then I searched all records at Familysearch (I use a Spanish versión):

Heidi F Glang
United States Public Records, 1970-2009
nacimiento: 3 enero 1932
residencia: desde 1 enero 2005 a 1 abril 2005
Gaithersburg, Maryland, United States

Heidi Glang
United States Public Records, 1970-2009
residencia: 1 octubre 1988
Reston, Virginia, United States

Heidi Glang
United States Public Records, 1970-2009
residencia: 1 diciembre 2002
Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States

However, there already is a memorial for her on Findagrave: #62185339, which does NOT have a cemetery.
MERGE the two memorials ?

Success.
