I would love to see that book! I looked online and there is one at Amazon.com for $125.00!
Do you have contact info for this cousin?
I have been delving into ERM's story and the military says his remains were identified and sent home. An article that I read about the book that was written says his remains did not come home.

I am working on Emil's life and military career. Do you have any knowledge about him?
I have been in contact with a site called www.bataanmissing.com. A very helpful person there as able to tell me that his remains were returned home after the war. He also told me that ERM was buried in grave #817 with 6 others. Of the 6, 4 have been identified and he gave me their information. I have requested his IDPF and I am hoping that tells me more about his service.
thanks in advance for your help!

Thank you so much for your efforts in trying to get a picture of Doris' headstone/memorial. Doris is a distant relative and I don't have any additional information to give you. I do appreciate your efforts!

Thanks for noticing the duplicate. My friend and I surveyed this old family cemetery years ago and worked together to get all the info online. My family have been in Middleburg since the 1920s and my Grandfather was a supply Pastor at the First Baptist Church not far down the road from this cem. Thank you for being a Find A Grave Volunteer!

Thank you for taking the time to look up Doris Bly. Unfortunately, I have no additional information about where she may be buried. All I had to go on was her obit. She is a distant relative. Thanks again. Your effort is appreciated.

Thank you so much for photographing Robert's gravestone. Although there was a photo of the gravestone posted on his wife's memorial, Robert's death date had not been inscribed on the stone when that photo was taken. You have placed an updated photo on Robert's memorial which corrects that omission.

I have a photo I have taken from Section 27A of a tombstone with this exact information. Do you want me to add it? I think this is weird that the same person has 2 headstones in 2 different sections of the same cemetery. Terri (Chihuahua Lover)

Photo of cemetery gate:
I thank you for your efforts in finding Frances Nelsons grave # 79102891 But Please remove the Cemetery entrentce photo from her memorial site that you placed there, A Photo is already at the cemetery Maine page and doesn't need to be on every Memorial site. "Please remove it. It takes up space that a family could put another loving photo of their love ones. Only 5 are allowed to each menorial. I'd be greatful to you. Notice on your visit to this grave , and your name under the photo, where it says not to place photos of the cemetery on the memorial sites.
