Arah Sabina Rice was a Sister to my Grandfather, Oscar Rice. I never knew my Grandfather and he died several years before I was born. I have a great old picture showing Oscar, Elmer, Arah Sabina, Alma, and Marcelia on the Rice Farm when they came to visit my Grandfather. I suspect he was ill at that time. I recently got a letter that Arah Sabina wrote to the Rices in Crary telling of the farm, etc. If you are interested in copies I could e-mail them to you if you would furnish your e-mail address. What are the names on your Family tree from yourself to Arah Sabina? My Aunt told me they called her Sabina or Bina.
Sincerly, Adele Rice Spidahl

Are you related to this Rice Family? Dexter and Aurelia Rice were my Great Granparents. He was the son of David and Azubah Rice and we are searching for the name of David's Father.

I'm sorry that the headstones were not there. I have not had good luck in that particular cemetery. The only Hale's that I found were the two that already have pictures.

You are welcome. I am from Alzada and have had these pix and obits for a long time, but just never got them online until now. My maiden name was Branaugh, so you probably knew or heard of my Dad, Bill Branaugh. I work on quite a bit of history for Alzada so if I can be help again, please, just ask. jean

Josef Brozovsky. I am so sorry. There was some confusion as to which Bohemian/Czech cemetery he was at. It turns out he is at the Czech National (Killian) Morse Bluff, Saunders, Nebraska. At least I hope so, that is where I put him.

Thank you very much for the photos
Yet, I still don't understand why she has two grave stones in two different cemeteries in two different states, yet Silas did owned the Ashland Marble Works, but no one knows where he is.

Thank you so much. I never thought I would ever get the head stone of my grandmother much less her parents.
As I said before, thanks!

Hi James- I took the images that you requested. I wanted to let you know that there are three other marked graves in the same plot, one of Ed Hock (a husband of Orpha?) and Harold/Hyland Sleichter. I put images of their markers up as well. Best, Matt

Thank you again, James. With the additional photos, looks like I have more work to do. Another line in the family that changed the spelling of Millar to Miller. The photos are great and we really appreciate your thoughfulness in doing all these photos.

Hi James, You sent me an e-mail letting me know there were other Millars buried around Walter and Margaret Millar's headstone. I have found where three sons and a daughter-in-law were also buried there. I have created a memorial page for each and requested photos. I hope you will beable to do these photos also since you did such a great job on the others. The memorial numbers are 53816645; 53816685; 53816843; and 53816927. They have three other sons and a daughter but I am still trying to locate where they were buried. Thanks again for your great help.

James, thank you very much for the headstone photos, they are great. You are very special to do this service for us who cannot travel the distance. It is very rewarding to see the families' resting place. Thank you again.
