RE: McClelland Cemetery
Thanks for the info - I will follow up with your suggested contacts to try and find this cemetery. Someone out there knows its secrets!

John Doms - McClelland Cemetery
Hello - I'm working on a project to add maps to all Kansas cemeteries at Findagrave. Can you provide driving directions or GPS coordinates to the McClelland cemetery in Doniphan county?

In looking at the land records, Ephraim McClelland owned the southwest quarter of section 13, just northwest of Blair. I'm thinking that the cemetery is somewhere north of 190th and between Peck Rd. and Port William Rd.

Can you get me any closer?

~ Chris

RE: Thank you!
Yes I did meet your relatives at the cemetery yesterday! They said you were back and got photos, so if there are any of these you want to replace with your own, feel free to do that. I can delete mine. Nice folks, they headed me in the right direction, he has helped me find even an old cemetery with his good directions!

You're so welcome. I love it when the relatives add the history and even photos on the sites! It was so interesting about her capture by the Indians, I will have to research that more! It was cloudy this morning and better for photos. I was there yesterday, but had the wrong list, and it was so HOT! Ha! Some day I believe ALL these older cemeteries will be listed, that's my wish. Just wish I knew how to find the ones with no markers so they could be listed too, nobody should just be forgotten.
