Thank you so much for the transfer of Elizabeth and John Knox. It was quite unexpected and not necessary, but very much appreciated! And thanks for all you do for Find A Grave!

Click on the mausoleum photo to enlarge it and access a caption that includes a transcription of the inscriptions visible through the entrance. There's good information there.

RE: Coverly at All Saints Churchyard, Chingford
I can go back shortly, but canít remember right now if I found the actual grave-probably not as I would have posted a photo. It looks like someone gave me the information to add. I had one of these new edits only yesterday which was just the detail of a marker inscription.

RE: Feys in Montrose
You're very welcome. I transferred the other two to you as well, so now you have them all together. Glad I was able to help you and your cousin out.

Fyi - If you want to confirm it is the Oak Hill in Blue Island you can call them during the day and ask if they have a record of the person there.

John & Alice Burns
Hi.. Per the office, they have An Alice Burns born in 1884 (memorial shows birth 1877), passing in 1966 in Section Magnolia. John Burns also in Section Magnolia, born 1888 (memorial shows birth 1887), passed 1951. If the different birth years be same you are looking for I can post the markers. Thank You Barb

Lucinda Collie photo request
Can you contact Grove Hill cemetery and get the burial locations for your requests: 214-381-7118
There are over 323 photo requests and the volunteers can not ask for that many locations.

Your requests will get filled with the location information. The cemetery does not like to cooperate with findagrave volunteers.
thanks!

RE: Nathan Haines b.1780
Hi,
Thank you very much for your helping me. You are too wonderful for words! :-]
Your story you added is nice. It is better than a couple other stories I have run across in my tree that say that the persons were scalped and killed by Indians!

Getty Photo Request
Hello, I'm a find a grave photo volunteer who lives near the Memorial Park Cemetery.in Skokie, IL. There is some confusion about photos at this cemetery, but when I contacted the cemetery, they said photos are allowed. However they will charge me $10 for more than one lookup. You can call the office and request one lookup. If you can post the location in the photo request I will attempt to get the photo for you. The number is 847-864-5061. Please don't email me with the location, because there are 180 open requests. Susanne D.

RE: Otto Carolson
Hi, perhaps he's still there. You might want to call the office for double verification of the plot number. All they need is a name. Perhaps they confused his name spelling with the Carlson family.

RE: Moses
Your welcome. There is a smaller headstone next to Moses' that reads "Nathan Emery 1857 - 1943". I have a photo of it, but couldn't find a memorial page to upload it to.

I have deleted Sadie's memorial. Sarah 's memorial is managed by Bev, I will pass the link information on to her. Thanks for your time and effort to correct this error.

Sarah,
I didn't even think to think that was you :).
Thank you for a transfer, of Henry and his wife.
Will you let me know if you come across James Thomas(1848-1940), his death certificate says he died in Moline but is buried in Dubuque, but Dubuque cemetery clerks can't find him.

D. Read
My daughter and I walked the entire White Pigeon Township cemetery this afternoon and the only stone I found that could be Daniel Read's was a small square stone with only "D. Read" on the top. There was no other information on the stone or a family marker. There were many, many Reeds in this cemetery but this was the only Read we found. If you think this is the gravesite you were looking for, I would be more than happy to post it to Daniel Read's Find-A-Grave site.

RE: Eliza
Hi Sarah,

Eliza is buried with 4 or 5 members of the Stephens family. I did not see (or look for) James' grave.

Did you see the message I left for you on Eliza's memorial? I found Eliza's & James' obituaries. I would like to email them to you. The files are too large to upload to F.A.G. so must email them.

Barry
