Mary Julia Laughlin Hicks is my mom. She lived across from your mom and dad when they lived in that trailer on "Bowers" later Raburn Rd. I remember your mom and dad well, as a child growing up, I spent many days with your precious mother.

According to my greatgrandmother Frances Foster Jones, Mathews is the correct family name, but census takers had misspelled it as Mathis.

|Beth Ivie-Allen||Foster connection|
Would you mind telling me your relation to the Fosters, please?
My mother-in-law; Allie Mae (Watson) Allen-Payne is related to the Fosters through her grandmother; Laura Adeline (Foster) who married George Washington Allison.
Would you mind telling me who your parents, grandparents, etc... are please, so I can make the connection to my mother-in-law and also to her brother-in-law; Luther Thomas "L.T." Foster?
Allie tell me that your related to a Wilson Foster and a Virge Foster? Can you tell me how so I can make the connection for Allie, please?
I'm sorry for all the questions and hope I haven't overwelmed you.
Thank you so much.

I believe this M. E. Broaddrick is the same person as M. Emma Fraker Broaddrick already listed in this cemetery. You might want to delete this record. Thanks.

Hi there Leon
I also live in Whitfield County and help with findagrave.com when I can. I was wondering if you knew how to get ahold of anyone at Antioch Cemetery??? Also I noticed you added Mitchell Cemetery Yesterday....I went and found it today (thanks to a man I talked to at Whitfield BOC)...Anyway, I am uploading pics of the only headstones (there are 5 labeled) as soon as I send you this and was wondering if you have seen it yet??? I hope to talk to you soon....Lisa Stone Malone

|Lesa Greene||Memorial #65973457|
Hi Leon, A few days ago I visited my maternal grandmothers memorial (Beulah Burns Powell),and at the time noticed that it contained a photo of her headstone. As I was creating my virtual cemetery of Burn's I noticed that there was no longer a picture of her headstone. I thought that you could maybe give me a heads up as to what happened. I have a picture, and would be glad to add it if you would like for me too...just let me know. By the way...Thank You So Much for adding it to her memorial:It was a true blessing! Also, soon I will have other information and links for her such as...her spouse, three children, grandaughter, and two great-grandchildren that are deceased
Thanks Again, Lesa Greene#47450011

I think you are right! This is an interesting findagrave sort of problem. My page is older, and while I have more info, the page in question is the corrrect place and has a photo.
Please tell me your advice! I have no problem giving way, perhaps we can share info.

|Sandy Adams||Grady Adams photo|
Thank you so very much for taking the picture of Grady's marker. For the longest time I thought he was buried in Atlanta with the majority of my other relatives. I added a memorial for his wife. I am going to request a photo of her marker if you would like to go ahead and post the picture you took to her memorial also. Again, thank you so much! I don't know when I would have gotten up to Whitfield Co. to take the picture myself. I have other relatives up in the area but I am still trying to find them.
