RE: James Smith
You're quite welcome. I couldn't tell for sure, but it appeared that the old piece was part of his original stone. It looks like his grave has been kept well marked over the years. Have a good evening.

You're the best
Mr. Smith,

Thank you for your time! What a treasure to see my aunts marker. I attended her funeral but haven't been able to make it back there since.

Thank you
Mr. Smith,
Thank you very much for adding photos of my family members' gravesites. I am slowly adding family to my virtual cemetery and coming to understand the importance of family history. I work at a cemetery and often assist F.A.G. volunteers. Thank you so much for your time and dedication to helping people like me!

RE: Ason McNeal
You are so welcome! Also, I noticed that there was no dates on his profile, so the dates and birth state I submitted were from his burial records.

Hi Gordon,
Thanks so much for the photos. John's led to an accurate birth date and an addition/correction at Find A Grave. It all helps.

RE: Briscoe Family
I used all the headstones you mentioned, even the last, a daughter who married an Estus, then got his stone and those of their 2 sons! Again, my thanks.

Hi Gordon,
Thanks for Thomas' marker photo. I'm tracking down my Villa kinfolk and he is attached to that part of my family. it all helps. I see that there's a difference in his birth date on his headstone and at CA Death Index. Something to do...

Thank you Gordon!
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Question for you.
Are the graves in that cemetery that close together or do you remember if the ones on either side are also family?

(They are the parents of my cousin's x husband. I am continuing his genealogy for their daughter and grandson.)

Thanks again, Gary Mowrey

Just wanted to say Thank You for your help. I was hoping that there would have been a headstone, but I understand. I am almost sure that the infant was related to my wife's mothers side of her family. Thanks again.

Thanks for the grave site photo. I expected the stone to have been set by now. Sadly, there may be a backlog.
