Your posting to findagrave.com have been most helpful. I have found that I am related to Peter Sr through his son Dillon his daughter Eleanor 'Nellie' Dillon Moris.
Thank you so much for the wonderful work. Wish I lived in an area where the Dillon publications were available.

She was the 1st wife of Greer Dillon and buried at that Dillon cemetery you went to. I can't find out who her parents were but they have all the Wilson names as children. Welcome Wilson, Brunson, Benjamin F these are names that ran in my family. I looked on your tree and nothing. Didn't know if you had papers aside? Thanks for any help you can give me. We are sad we missed you on your visit but looks like you hit every cemetery in LAWCO? How many did you go to?

Thanks for the photos. We are now collecting Civil War Veterans for the float next year. Do you have any pictures of family who were in the Civil War? We are putting all the names on the float and I'm keeping a list. Hope you get to go to Lawrence County for a visit soon. Would love to sit and talk. I'll be going down Friday for the meeting on Sat. if you need me to look up anything or take a photo?

|Denise Carter||thank you!|
Thanks for the photo. Hey could we be related? Thomas Baker is a 2nd gr grandfather on husbands side. Me and my son participated in the memorial service for Thomas last year and my son got to participate. Thomas and his brother received their bronze markers for serving in the civil war. It was awesome. Thomas lost his arm during the war and was captured but released.

Thank you for the suggestions for Zulah Faulkner's memorial, I have updated it with her birth information. I also linked her mother, Ruth Dillin to her memorial and have added the name of her father. Kind Regards, Dena

I saw that you had added info on Mary B. (Dillon) Bower to ancestry. I wonder if you know when and where her husband Clarence C. Bower died and where he is buried? Also, have you been able to find them on the 1930 and 1940 census. I am distantly related to Clarence.

|Diana||Re: Samuel Dillon photo|
Hi! You took a photo of his stone in Black Oak Cemetery #2 here- http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=54350521
I was just wondering where you found the cemetery, and is it on private property? Samuel's wife Volumnia(2nd great Aunt) and some others buried there are my husbands ancestors and I would love to try to see the cemetery. We do not live very far from there, but I don't know the exact place. I do know I would need permission to go to it from the land owner though. Thanks!

I'm not related to either of them. I'm just trying to make connections between people buried at the West Union Street Cemetery.
Elizabeth's death certificate says that she's buried in Ironton, but it doesn't name a cemetery. I did find a website which says she is buried there in Woodland Cemetery - http://www.nnuss.com/lawcocem/d3cem.html

I added the links as you suggested. I also changed the dates. Since I don't have a photo I guess I most have added the date from a cemetery. Thanks for the update.
