RE: Morgans buried in Mt Vernon Cemetery in Collinsville Alabama.
Hi Jackie,

I apologize that this response is so late, it has been a while since I've had time to get back to my research. To answer your question, the relationship chart shows that Melvin and I are 2nd cousin 1x removed.

Are you related? The only information I have found on the web shows that Melvin was living in NJ or PA and is deceased. This may not be the same Melvin. Is there anything I can help you with?

Warm Regards,
Kathie Wiegert

Hi, Jackie,
No, I don't live in Alabama. I have been starting by state and county to make sure there is at least one flower at each cemetery. I have also left flowers or a tribute to everyone that has been sponsored. I am currently working on Geneva County, Alabama. I will be working at this for a long, long time.

Take Care,

Mary

Hi, Jackie,
No, I didn't know your beloved mother. I came across her grave and she had the sponsored *heart* symbol. I am trying to leave every sponsored grave a flower or tribute. I have also left a tribute to your other sponsored grave of James Clark.

Take Care,

Mary

Jenevia Clark-Lowery
RE: Clark ancestry
Hello Jackie,
Since I'm a Clark I have a very large database on Clarks. I checked and I don't have anything on your family. I did run across a death certificate for a James R. Clark 1887-1940. The informant on his death certificate was Vivian Clark, Jacksonville, Cherokee TX. I placed a memorial for him on Find A Grave in the Rocky Springs Cemetery, Jacksonville Cherokee Co, TX. I'm sorry I wasn't much help. Good luck on your search.

Actually, I wasn't the one who took those pictures: Kelly Barnes was the one who took them. I'm sure you could ask her.

James Ferrell Crawford
Jackie, thank you for taking the picture of James Ferrell Crawford, however, when I click the link to go to his memorial I am not finding a picture there except for the cemetery photo. Was there a problem with the link when you looked at it? So sorry for the trouble! Anita

RE: Clark Cemetery in Cherokee County Alabama
Unfortunately, I don't know anything about a James R Clark or Lucinda Strickland---I have a LOT of Clark relatives buried all over Cherokee County and just over the state line in Georgia--but neither of these names.

Continue searching,
Leaton Clark
