RE: Julia Schillinger
Hi Judy,

Thank you for the fast reply and the information. I will add these to the memorial. If you get a chance to verify the dates with vital records, please let me know as I would feel most comfortable knowing they are verified.

Julia Schillinger

I have seen your request to add birth and death dates for Julia Schillinger. I cannot find any sources for those dates online so I wanted to write to ask if you could please send me your sources for her birth and death dates? Thank you!

Hi Judy,

I'm really having a hard time to find this memorial I created. :) What cemetery was she buried in? Marion Barbara Henshall.

Do you have a picture of Anna Schmelzer...she was Fred's sister.
I am also looking for her life history.
If you have anything, could you send me a copy?

So very glad you found Ida, and a delight to transfer her memorial to you. Thanks also for your kind words--makes my day to know I have helped out :)

I have just transferred management of Michael and Mary Timmerman Schaaf's memorials to you. I cannot find the first Mary (you said that she was buried in Atkinson also). I will let you straighten out her connection!

I am not related to the Schaafs so better you manage them than me.

Thank you!

My entry has been deleted - I am truly sorry I check as I enter them and did not see this entry at El Toro at the time.

You said her number is 60226601 and her original name is Marion Barbara Henshall. She married your second cousin, Bart, right? What name was used for her memorial? I'm just having a hard time to find it. :) Vera Yarborough?

We are doing "Whisperings" again this October. I may get back to you about Mr. Warren and his family. You can also check the Masonic Lodge for picture and information. Lynne

I have a copy of his obit. Very informative. He and his family were very important in Covington and St. Tammany. Let me know if you need a copy of the obit and how I can send it to you. Will also turn him over to you.

Checked Ancestry 1880 US federal census has his occupation listed as Grocer. Household members Wife Elizabeth -47
James O. Warren 18
Francis Warren 12
Belle Warren 6
Emely Tully 27
Bell Simpson 56

Do you want me to transfer him to you.

RE: William Colson Warren
I would check census records, obituary in local newspapers or even New Orleans. Have you checked to see if he owned property in St. Tammany or Washington parish if so he would have to have a will or succession and it might be mentioned there.
Hope this helps.

Transferred Chrystal Anhorn memorial to you. I think I photographed it because of a photo request.
I live in SC - but have a farm between Fessenden and New Rockford.

Was he a mayor or doctor in Covington? Would you like me to transfer this to you?

Esther Northfield
I'm sending through your edits for Esther Northfield, but leaving her place of death as Minneapolis. The Minnesota Death Index states she died in Hennepin County, and her short obituary had her living on Johnson St NE, Minneapolis

Hi Judy,
Thanks for your email.
My mother, who is still alive, is Henry Lynn's sister and lived in the same house with her until their mother, Ida, died. She said Henry Lynn was a girl. I do a lot of research and have found the census information to be at the mercy of whomever is home at the time of their visit.

Hi Judy,
My mother is Henry Lynn's half sister and she has always told me Henry Lynn was a girl. The census can be wrong because not everyone is home when the census taker is there. Do you have any pictures of him/her? Thanks, Debbie

Find A Grave FAQ's (Rules)

What is Find A Grave?
Find a Grave's mission is to find, record and present final disposition information from around the world as a virtual cemetery experience.

Memorial contributions to Find A Grave must fulfill that mission - registration of the final disposition. If the memorial contribution corresponds with only the main mission, then the memorial fulfills its purpose as part of Find A Grave's mission.

Find a Grave memorials may contain rich content including pictures, biographies and more specific information. Members can leave remembrances via 'virtual flowers' on the memorials they visit, completing the virtual cemetery experience.

Find A Grave is a resource for anyone in finding the final disposition of family, friends, and 'famous' individuals.

Burial Unknown

How do I add a memorial when I'm not sure what cemetery they are buried?
This is similar to adding a memorial for cremation. Do not create a new cemetery which does not exist in order to add these memorials. Use the Family and Friends link and select the Burial:Other and then Recent Death, location of body unknown option. Location of body unknown is used for recent deaths where the disposition is not currently known. Final disposition must be determined and updated within 30 days.

Hi Judy, I've added a notation mentioning who Elizabeth's parents were. I didn't locate a memorial for either of them, otherwise, I would have linked them. Since Lizzie is a relative of yours, if you'd like me to transfer the memorial to you, please let me know, I'd be happy to. Regards, Nadeen
