RE: Cicero Terrell
Hi Katherine

Thanks for the transfer but would you mind copying and pasting the submitted edit info and sending by reply here or email? I composed the edit info after research last night but did not save a copy. Thanks.

Best regards

Enoch Lemons
Enoch Lemons 31670935

There is a typed image placed on this memorial added by either Ron or Katherine that starts "My Grandfather Enoch M Lemons"

I am working on Enoch now in my tree, and I have 2 possible fathers for him. Both of them are named Hiram Leming/Lemmons. I am trying to figure out which one was Enoch's father. The first was Hiram Leming/Lemmons Jr born 1808 who married Rebecca Higgins. This is who I think is his father.

The other Hiram Chandler Leming/Lemons, married Mary Ann Higgins, but I don't see a son Enoch for him. But both men are confused as the same person in many tree's on ancestry.

Both men were born in Monroe TN and lived in Walker County, GA and were first cousins. They might have married sisters. Can you confirm Enoch's parents for me. I have info on both Hiram's ancestors back to the immigrant ancestor.

I am sorry for your loss, and I appreciate all of the work that you and your son have done (a true service to all.)
Would you consider transferring memorial 54170473 (Anna Maude Smith Hearn) and 40071955 (Clark B. Hearn) to me? I am their youngest granddaughter, and I would be pleased to manage their memorials.

re: Gabriel Cooper
Thank you so much! We try to do that also. If someone is interested in adding to a memorial and we're not related, its good to be able to make that transfer. I hope to find out more about Gabe & Mary -- an old photo would be a wonderful addition to their memorials! All the best, Keith & Lynne

Gabriel Cooper transfer request
Hello, Thank you for continuing your son's important work with findagrave. It is so much appreciated. I was wondering if you would transfer Gabriel Cooper # 58117615 to my care? I would like to add plot information and link him to his wife, Mary. I'm researching her as I believe she is related to me. If not, would you please add the following: Section 3, Lot 84, Grave NT003. Thank you very much for your consideration. Lynne

Do you know that you have him buried in two different cemeteries in Chattanooga? Was he 1st in one and then in the other? You should make a note of that.

Could you please delete the letter (that was posted as a picture) on Find A Grave Memorial# 17043121. I'm guessing you (or Ron) got it from Ancestry, as I keep running into it over there.

It has several errors (and guesses?), that are listed as facts ... without any sources.

A lot of people are coping it into their trees, and it's going to make it harder to separate fact from fiction as time goes by.

Thanks so much for your help.

I think it's a quirk in the Find A Grave software. It's happened to me too.

Thank you so much for the transfer. Find A Grave is a wonderful tool for those seeking to learn about their ancestors. I enjoy very much helping others in their search. Troy's son is also buried in that same cemetery but party who owns his memorial does not have a photo of his tombstone.

I would be honored to maintain the memorial for Troy and his wife...will see if I can locate her parents. His passing was sad. His wife had passed just a few months before and he was running an errand...they found him sitting in his vehicle, apparently had a heart attack and died. I know so many couples who would have been better off if they had died together.

Thank you again.
