|Deb Davidson||Margorie Olson|
Becky-My hubby and I bought a place south of Yoder, Wyoming. There is a marker on the property that is for Margorie Olson-born June 15, 1923 and died February 3, 1998. Is this your relative? We take care of the space-and unfortunately the wooden cross recently rotted-we will put it back the best we can.

Once I got back online, I see that the whole family needs to be photographed. I'll go back someday soon. I was struck by the number of Knight monuments at the Rosedale cemetery in Manchester By-The-Sea.

I am glad I was able to find it. I have looked many times. Those are actually just one stone. Some of it is impossible to read.

You are most welcome! It's a lovely little cemetery off the beaten path.

I'm glad to have taken the pictures. Woodlawn is pleasant cemetery to visit. Did you notice that I put the GPS coordinates for the stone in the caption of the main picture. I hope that is OK and thought it might make it easier for family or acquaintances that have not visited before to find the stone.
Also, did you see that there are additional burial inscriptions on the left and right sides of that stone. The information for those burials are given in the caption of the enlarged image.

I did look at every headstone while I was there and took several pictures. The only name that even comes close to your grandmothers is a Christina Vollmer born November 1856 and died February 1946. The exact name of your grandmother isn't among the head stones at that cemetery that I could tell. There were a few stones where all of the writing was worn off completely, so I guess one of them could be hers. If you are interested in the picture of the Christina I found, I would be glad to send it to you.
I hope I have helped you some.

You're quite welcome. It was an interesting place where Christian is buried. There are several Vollmer's there if you are interested in obtaining other photos just let me know.

Becky, there is a plot of the entire family that includes these two stones. They include Hiram, Walter, and Mary as well. I took a photograph of all the stones lined up on the plot. If its something you are interested in, just let me know and I can send it to you.

Glad I could do it. The weather has been unusally cooperative (normally there would still be a foot of snow up at Calvary). Note that I didn't locate "Benjamin." I will take another whack at that on Tuesday. There are Boutins here and there and everywhere, and no reliable maps.
