|Ellen||Harold J. Quinn|
Hello, I just found my great Uncle Harold J. Quinn in your cemetery. There is an error in the obit listed: Uncle Harold's sister, and my Grandmother, was Shirley Quinn KRANE, and not as shown. The spelling of her last name is incorrect. Thank You. Ellen

Susan, first of all many TNX for the work you've done on this. You have confirmed the mother of the guy three of us are working on? So, the question: Where did you find her name? and two: Is she, if you know, related to the other Pulver buried there in the Hillside Cem., in Sharon, CT? TNX Dave

Dear Susan, What a wonderful job you are doing. I appreciate the time and effort you must spend finding these graves and also leaving a description of the person. My great Grandmother was Julia and I do have several pictures of her and family. I am very interested in her mother, my great-great grandmother Sally Ingraham Buckley. I am in The NSDAR and am looking for any information pertaining to Sally to complete a record copy. She is my missing link. It seems when she died in 1838 she vanished. Thank you very much for any help you could give to me.

May I suggest that you verify the data that you have entered Vincent B Davis, etc. Some of it seems to be in conflict with the info posted below.
These Davis' are not my line, I only came upon you posting while helping a cousin.
It would seen that Ellanor (Eleanor) was Vincent's sister and not his wife.

Hello Susan, regarding Find A Grave Memorial# 91089598...I'm pretty sure Eleanor is Vincent's sister. He had a sister named Eleanor with the same year of birth, and newspaper reports have her married once to a fellow named Short, and then again to a fellow named Nienstedt...

Susan, I see you have a photo request for Malcolm. I have been to the cemetery and there is no stone for him, Jeanne, Catherine or Donald. Malcolm is my great grandfather. Is he any relationship to you? I do have a picture of him taken in 1910 with his second daughter Catherine. Is it alright with you if I post it on his memorial?

I have measured the glass. It is 2 ft. and 4 in. long and 11 in. wide and has an old fashioned mahogany frame. My father said it was over two hundred years old. Where it was bought I do not know. It was formerly in the Briggs family of Dutchess Co., N.Y., and was willed to the Annie's and Mary's and there was no name of either between her and myself and she was Ira Allin's wife and my father's aunt. I am looking into the matter and if I find any more about it I will write you." "MARY E. BUSBY."

This morning for the first time I entered the Lesher camp on Treasure Island. I was amazed at the structure. It was like walking out of this century and entering 1920 or so. We just pulled our canoe on shore, walked to the front door and rousted out of bed the groom who was just waking from his bachelor party. He was just borrowing the place from the friend of a friend or something like that. He invited us in to look around the main room and kitchen area. It made the the Lesher Bodwell camp look modern! There is nothing to it besides a crude frame with siding and roofing. I always wondered about that place but my mother never had the nerve to intrude. It's easy to see how the place lent itself to being a summer camp for girls... harder to imagine is the Lesher clan in all their finery, living for summers on end in such crude furnishings.
After poking around the internet this afternoon it became obvious that you might be interested in this. Charlie
