RE: Booker/Stamey
I'm not a direct descendent of Mary, she is in the Carter line from Henry Co.,Va that ties into my Carter line that I'm researching. You can transfer if you need too.

Williams Surname
Hi Sherry,

I notice that you are researching the surname of Williams. My great-grandmother Ruth was a Williams at birth and married a Farkus.

Also there is a Ruby Francis Arnold that married a John R. Williams in my family tree.

If you have either in your tree, then we are probably related somehow.

Message back when you can.

RE: Clyde Fussell
Hi Sherry,

If your dad said that Charlie's dad was transferred to Wildwood by the railroad, which I'm assuming that means you are talking about cemeteries so that would be Oak Grove Cemetery (which is where he and Mabel are buried), where was he transferred from?

I thank you for allowing me to use Hilda's (and your) family info.

The same goes to you and your hunt, too.

Have a good day,

Clyde Fussell
Hi Sherry,

I was reading Hilda's obituary on her memorial and I noticed that her father was Clyde Fussell. There is no family link with a Clyde Fussell so I looked him up and found one Clyde Love Fussell, buried in Lynn Haven Cemetery in Lynn Haven, Florida.

Is there any possibility that this Clyde Fussell is her father?

RE: Charles Williams
Hi Sherry,

I guess blind dates worked back in the day, eh? LOL.

Anywho, yes, I am researching my family. I have been doing genealogy on some family lines, like the Arnolds, Fowlers, and Andrews but haven't really touched base on the Farkus or Williams side yet.

If I'm correct, Grandma Ruth (my great grandmother, Charlie's sister) is the only child of Henry and Mabel who is still living. She lives in Wildwood, Florida next to Aunt Mary, my grandfather's sister.

If you have any other information on the Williams, I will gladly appreciate your telling me. Most specifically, do you have any information on Henry Thomas Williams' parents? I'm trying to find any info on them and Mabel's parents, too. Not much luck, unlike I do on Mabel and Henry.

Charles Williams
Hi there,

I noticed that the memorial of Charles Williams is maintained by you. You are also researching the surname Williams, too. Charles' sister Ruth is my great-grandmother. I'm wondering how you are related to the Williams' exactly.

First of all, thank you, thank you, thank you.
I have been searching for these family members for nearly 8 years. From misspelled names and incorrect censuses, no records, I finally located them in the cemetery where you posted the memorials and photos. Eva was my great aunt, my grandfather's older sister. Questions, do you live in Leesburg? Or close by? When you were taking photos in this cemetery, did you notice a William M. South and Ida South anywhere near these Parkers? These are Eva's parents and were living with she and John Thomas in 1930 in Vidalia, Toombs Co., GA according to the census. Sometime after that, I presume they all moved to Florida. I located who I believe to be William and Ida in the 1935 Hillsborough Co., FL state census living on 520 1/2 30th St in that county. Have no idea where they are buried. If you don't mind, could you check your records? I have an ache in my heart because I cannot find my great grandparents burials, and finding Eva and John Thomas really is an amazing start.
THANK YOU. Whatever you can find or know.
