Alexander C. Moon
Dear Ronda:
I hope all is well with you. I wanted to let you know that Great Grandpa Alex had my Grandfather also. He was James Thomas Moon 1894-1942 married to Allie Beck Piper 1901-1984. Alex and Nancy also had daughters. Aunt Zelma Moon married Logan O'Kelly they are buried at Sharon Church as well as my grandparents. They had Aunt Jeffie and Uncle Carl. There was also Uncle Charlie (he left the family) and married Irene Nash and they are buried in Gwinnett County. I thought this might help.

RE: cotton
Thank you Ronda. I have sent a request to the creator. You can also send a request by clicking the delete button on the memorials you manage. It will give you a form to complete. Once this is cleared up, I would be glad to transfer your grandparents to you if you wish. Just trying to keep the cemetery listings as accurate and clutter free as possible.

Johnnie Johnson
I have posted a photo for Johnnie Johnson. He is buried in the very old section of the cemetery in a group/row of Johnson family. If this is not what you were looking for, let me know and I will remove it.

Hope this helps,

Mastin Pruett CWS
Ronda you are a real trooper. Thank you so very much, I will be so honored and will cherish my ancestor's memorial. Like you I also work my memorials, veterans day, B-days and Christmas but as far as going to the cemetery, I live so far away now and my legs don't allow me to travel very far. I used to live in Georgia and grew up there, worked in a beauty shop there way back when. I lived in Monroe,Ga. in 1973-1975. I did not have all this family info then. Mastin and William's father was David Pruett b. 1779 SC. died in Gwinnett Co.,Ga. 1855. I thank God for folks like you everyday.

The Grave of Thomas Monroe Moon
I want to thank you for bringing this to the public. Thomas Monroe Moon was my great great grandfather. His son Alexander C. Moon was my great grandfather. His son James T. Moon was my grandfather and my Dad was Emmett N. Moon. Our family is truly rich in history. Thomas Monroe Moon's father William Ezra Moon was in the same company in the Civil War. He was decorated for valor on the field of battle in 1863 in Virginia. He was part of the (OSS) of the CSA and lived a good life. Again thank you for adding to our family heritage.

RE: Cross Roads
Thanks for the tip. I checked the "Hart" and "Madison" County books, but they are not in them. I did see that there is a Cross Roads in hart County, but that book does not list by cemetery. It lists a total index with reference number to cemetery. Another unusual listing to see.
Thanks for your help, Bud.

RE: Cross Roads
Hi there.
Thanks, I am helping a new friend and she is not a member of FindAGrave, yet. I think she has cold feet. I was hoping I could make it up there, but time restrictions are getting in the way.
The "Very Best" to you and yours, Bud
