|LADONNA SANDERS||Huron Indian Cemetery in KC KS|
Just a note to let you know there are very few markers in the cemetery. I will get out there in the next few days. I don't know if a map of grave sites exists. Will keep you informed.

I see where another volunteer could not find his stone but I found it on the other side of a stone with a different family name. I took a couple of photos and downloaded them just now so I hope they meet your approval. You may wish to remove your photo request as I cannot "claim/fulfill" it since it is reported as a "problem" by the other volunteer. Thank you!

|SuzyMish||photo request for Chapel Hill|
I notice you have a photo request for Chapel Hill Cemetery in Osceola, IN. It makes me so sad to see these requests go unfulfilled for so long, and I thought I'd call everybody's attention to information from the F.A.G. Cemetery Page for Chapel Hill:
May 26, 2012: Management at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (Osceola, IN) has stated that Family Liaison people will work with family members directly to provide locations and photos. As a result, they will not assist Find A Grave photo volunteers in locating burial locations.
Address: 10776 McKinley Hwy
Osceola, IN 46561
Looks like they'll take the pictures, but that they don't want us local volunteers involved. So if you don't have the plot location, you might want to contact them.

|Lindy Funkhouser||RE: mathias|
You're welcome. I had been visiting my mother in Harrisonburg, Virginia and told her about looking for Thomas Mathias' grave. She knew him as "Old Tom" and he would let her ride on the running board of his truck. She stood on the driver's side so he could hold her to keep her from falling off. She thinks she was about 8 years old at the time, so that would have been in 1939 or 1940. He lived in Mathias near the location of the gas transportation plant that exists now.

You're very welcome. I'm sorry the small "plaque" on his stone wasn't clearer. I didn't notice it until I got home and realized I hadn't taken a close-up of it, so next time I am out there I will do so.

I was able to find the pictures of William Stewart and Reese Smith. I almost missed Reese's marker because I was looking for the last name Stewart. Reese is buried in the Stewart plot but the Stewart name is not on the marker. Anyway, hope this helps!
