It was my gift to you from your aunt! As we bend our knees in thankgiving to our Lord for His manifold blessings, we remember all those who sacrificed for our liberties. Have a wonderful holiday! Rich

Scott Valley Cemetery
I see flowers were left for Mrtle Armstrong snd I'm wondering if it's possible to get in touch with the person who ordered them. I am a relative of Myrtle's, but I never knew her. She is buried next to her husband William, her sister May S. Evans, and her parents John & Addie Siegle. I remember as a child going to the burial plot with Myrtle's sister May. I live in Florida and would love to communicate with anyone regarding the people listed above.
They are buried at Scott Valley Cemetery, Montdale, PA

May is listed as Mar S. Evans, please make the correction.

Thanks for your help. This is a wonderful site!!!

Thank you
I am having a hard time keeping up with the challenges life has sent. I am sad not to be able to visit and leave flowers as I would like to and your visits to my family memorials bring so much joy. It is so kind of you to take the time and honour someone you never knew in life. I am so grateful that my family is being remembered with such grace. Bless you.

Robert Olawski
Hello!

There are 15 olawskis buried in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ but there are no Roberts and none were interred in 2007. Unless you have more information, please clear that name from Find-a-Grave grave picture requests.

Thanks Sorry I couldn't help.

Hey John,
I noticed that you left flowers for Elizabeth Landendoerfer Baker, wife of Ben Baker, in the St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery in Honesdale. Are you related?

The Marranca's
Hi John,
First I want to Thank You for all you have done in posting to this wonderful site! Your information is wonderful!
I am doing some family history from Luzerne PA, and one of the families is Jennie and James Eustice. They had a daughter Esther who married a Marranca, but I can't find anything on any of them. Esther L. Eustice-Marranca was born: March 31, 1918 and died: February 19, 1994 at the age of 76 in Luzerne. It doesn't look like she was a member of this Marranca family, but wonder if anyone knows anything about another family of Marranca's or James and Jennie Humble-Eustice and where they may be buried.
Thank you so much for your help.
Jan

Headstones
Hey John - I managed to find the grave of Ann Bernatitus and it wasn't easy! The marker was covered in grass clippings. I took a couple of other pictures - she is buried next to a large stone that reads "Bernotaitis" which is likely a family stone. The large stone had a flag by it though Ann's did not which was disheartening considering it was not so long after Memorial Day. Still, it is nice to know she won't be forgotten on the internet! Let me know if you are interested in the picture. Regards - Janice

Ann Bernatitus
Hey John, I got the e-mail request for Ann Bernatitus and got to wondering if you knew her personally? I have looked on the internet and nothing is mentioned of what she did after she left the service in 1959. I ask because many years ago I attended public school in Exeter and had a teacher by that name. It is probably just a co-incidence, but my teacher had quite a military bearing! :) I will look for the grave as soon as the weather warms up a trifle.

Geez - think I zapped this SAC. Thought I had put it in my "checking on" folder. Mind sending it again? Yes, your year of birth fits with SSDI - VA record is incorrect (so what's new?!?!).

Would love to be able to add the obit but this one isn't for this person. The one you sent it on was only 48 yrs old - the DOBs don't match.

John,

I added some "Callaio" photos of headstone right next to the Birosak stone. I hope it helps.
