Thanks so very much, Danny, for the great photo and all the others from the Eden's chapel cemetery. They are priceless to me! Fleming county has a rich historical past and I'm so glad such an excellent photographer is "on duty" to capture it before any is lost for the future!

I saw you were researching the poor farm cemetery in plummers landing. My great-grandmother, Susan Reed is supposedly buried there. Apparently, she died while living on the poor farm in 1957. Do you know if there is still access to the farm cemtery and if so, do you know how to find out where she is actually buried? Thanks for all the help that you can give.

Well then, we are related.
Thank you again. I had not ran across the Hartley Cemetery,so this a delite in being able to find the resting place of family members.
My Paternal grandmother was Myrtle Hurst:Nov 1883-10 Jan 1955. She was the daughter of Joseph A"Joe" Hurst 1866-1939 and Mary E Bare/Bear 1875-1929. Myrtle married Rodgers Palmer of Bath County,Kentucky. One of their sons,Lucien Owen Palmer 1929-1993 was my father. Myrtle and Rodgers are buried in Longview/Bethel Cemetery,Bethel,Bath County,KY but I could not locate their graves. Bethel and Longview were seperate cemeteries and then were combined. I am afraid they are lost. I do have source of Myrtle's obituary stating that she was to be buried at Bethel.
Again Thank You
