RE: Armstrong
I am not related to them now. I was married to an Armstrong. I work on their family for my children. If you want to transfer them, you can or keep them it is entirely up to you. No problem either way.

RE: Marian Pyles
Thanks for the updating and creating the links. You might want to remove the incorrect information in her biography as well. Indeed it is strange to have 2 Marian Pyles born in 1906 since it is an uncommon name.

It is always a pleasure to interact with you, and I appreciate your dedication to adding information and making the memorials correct. Thanks so much!

Do you have any idea who provided them with the info? Was it a child or perhaps her second husband? Her first husband died in the war. He was wounded and captured, dying a short time afterward. I've been trying to pinpoint her place of birth for awhile now. Some census records state Penn. but most state N.Y. The census also say that her parents were from Ireland. She had 4 children altogether, all by her first husband. One died in a drowning accident while they on a picnic with friends. That was shortly before her husband went into the service. A second died a few months after his dad, when a dog bit him in the face. The doctor said that he died of shock.

RE: Edward Duryea Clopper
Thank you very much Amber. This poor boy died so far away from home while visiting his cousins in Cincinnati, crushing his parents in Greensburg, PA when they got the news. It isn't much, but I am glad you finally helped hook parents and child again - centuries later - if only in this weird world of cyberspace. You have done your good deed for the day.

Cheers. Correction looks perfect.

Thanks again.

Hi Amber,
I guess it doesn't matter who is taking care of the site. I'm just grateful that it's there & with a picture. May I ask where you got the info for the birth and the death, the parents and the country that they were from?

Hi Amber,
Are you related to Letitia Annewalt? She is my g.g. grandmother. I noticed that you said you never know where you may end up taking pictures of headstones. If you ever end up in Parma, OH, would you please stop at Parma Public Cemetery, also known as York St. Cemetery. Joel Curtis and his wife are buried in plot #18. The plots typically hold 6 graves. Ten years ago I was told Joel's headstone was laying on the ground. It may be covered with dirt by now. If you can find it, I would really appreciate your taking a picture of it and telling me everything that it says on the stone. I fear it may take a rubbing by now to reveal all of the information. If there were any other headstones in the plot, they were already covered by dirt in the 1990's. Thank you.

Amber;
You are more then welcome. If your family was in South East Kentucky then we are more then likely related several ways. My grandmothers lines were very early settlers and my grandfathers lines followed soon after.
I would be happy to exchange information with you in e-mails.
