|Vicki Andersen||Donald Henry|
I am so sorry I started out with David Henry. That is Donald's son. He is a huge genealogist. I checked with him and he would like Donald's grandparents who raised him listed as his parents. I will fix his obit...oh BTW Donald grandaughter (David's daughter) who died as a young girl is also burried in Bountiful close to Donald. Her name was Rachel
Thanks for all your work it is indeed a labor of love

|Vicki Andersen||David Henry|
I am the niece by marriage of Donald Henry. The story I was always told was that when Donald was growing up he found out that his parents wren't his parents at all but he was actually the illig. son of his sister. His parents had taken the baby and raised it as their own. I am not sure that he ever did know who his biological father was. In that era it was socially not acceptable to have an illig., child so the fact was hidden as much as possible. I will try and contact his son David to see if he knows anything that might help you.

I received notice this morning that the last edit request that involves Tillie's memorial has been updated. Now you'll be able to update it with regards to an actual obituary, instead of that you're looking for the grave of Conrad. I'm glad you left a notice there so that I could find him for you ;0) Happy Graveyard Trails!

|Gary Mowrey||RE: Essie Lambert|
I emailed Find A grave with no reply. I tried to call Find A Grave with no results.
I called Ancestry (They own Find A Grave) No help.
I still couldn’t do anything with the edit of the original memorial.
I had no choice but to create a duplicate memorial.
I will be adding my photos and obituary after my photo request has been completed. If I add a photo now it will kick out the headstone photo request as completed.
The person that created the original memorial (listed as AR and doesn’t appear to be interested in allowing anyone to change the memorial) also took credit for the obituary and photo however the photo is one of two that were in the obituary.
When I add them to my new memorial, I will be giving due credit “Obituary & Photo - Essie (Labrum) Lambert 1918 – 2013 (Published in Salt Lake Tribune on Oct. 22, 2013).
Again, Thanks for your help and interest.

Will do. I know he was born and died in Bountiful and that is where the rest of his family is buried. I am going on Family search to see if there is anything on his death certificate. This is my Grandpa's younger brother. Thanks for your help.

|history4sure||Clarice Louise Holt|
Hello Lynn: Thanks for the help on these Holts. The vital data for Clarice came from (1) "Utah Deaths and Burials, 1888-1946":
Name Clarice L. Holt
Burial Date 08 Aug 1909
Burial Place Bountiful, Ut
Death Date 07 Aug 1909
Death Place Salt Lake, Salt Lake, Utah
Birth Date 02 Jun 1908
Marital Status Single
Father's Name John E. Holt
Father's Birthplace Utah
Mother's Name Alice G. Mason
Mother's Birthplace England
Also (2) Photo Copy of her original Death Certificate, file No. 1169 430 (handwritten and signed by Undertaker, JW Taylor) recording: Burial, Bountiful, Date of Burial 8-8-09.
Also (3) The photo copy of the Register of Deaths, Utah, Salt Lake County Death Records, 1849-1949 (Medical Certificate of Death) in Salt Lake County is handwritten and reads: Clarice L. Holt, Hooper, Utah, date of death 8-7-1909 ...etc, etc, Informant, John E. Holt, Hooper, UT, Place of burial, Bountiful, Ut Date of Burial Aug 8, 1909.
I have been, for 25 years, Utah State Recorder for a cemetery in Box Elder County and have found over 300 burials there, which were never on the state record nor the cemetery record; so I often question our record keeping practices, especially the older ones. Do you have any suggestions, other than looking for a stone? - I would really appreciate that, if you think one can be found. Children were often buried more than one in a plot. Those I sent to you came directly from the Utah Burials Database [which, by the way, is very often wrong, since it came from old cemetery records!] I appreciate your offer to find Clarice. Cheers~ Shirleen

Thank you so very much for the headstone picture.
Now I know which was the correct date of her birth and I have corrected it. In the header on her obituary they had the birthdate wrong.

|Terry Trackwell Kuhnau||RE: Walker Kohler at Fern Hill|
I was hoping you might know the connection. His urn is definitely buried on the grave of Clifford so I was guessing Clifford was his grandpa. Not unusual to bury a child who dies young in this way. I had no luck when I looked on Ancestry. If you wish to pursue it further than contact Fern Hill Funeral Home (a different business than Fern Hill Cemetery) at 360-532-0220. They were both buried by this funeral home. Good luck!

Lynn, I did not see Charles in the cemetery book, but I did find a Joyce Allcott buried in Mountain 455-3-W. The record said the plot was purchased by Charles and Joyce.
