RE: Howell, Belle
I've been back twice and done rubbings, then photographed them, not working. If I find time early one day, I'll stop or call the office. They may have some information. This may take a few months, so be patient. Who is John, the husband. Many Howells buried in other lots.

No stone, will put up large family stone, and his wife's footstone.

Thank you so very much. It's sad to see tombstones so broken. Wish I lived closer to take care of the site. You went beyond, to find just the right marker. I appreciate your kindness.

Jacob Vandevelde grave
Thank you very much for the photograph of Jacob's grave. I know it was probably hard to find, and I appreciate the time you took to locate and photograph it. It helps further my research into my husband's Rochester connections.

Marinus VanHee gravestone
Thank you, Kate for this very fine picture! In case I re-visit Rochester again sometime, could you describe the general area this was in? [Eg, in NW corner; along the xxx Street side, etc.] Others have told me the grave is hard to find. Did you happen to notice a grave for Marinus' wife, nearby? The website for the Cemetery states Marinus' brother John and John's wife, Nellie, are buried there, too, but makes no mention of Marinus' wife, Sara (nee Suwijn/Suwyn). According to Sara's obit, she was buried at East Williamson, but I flew to Rochester last fall to look for the grave in East Williamsom, to no avail. I thought maybe Marinus had her moved to Brighton once he moved to Rochester. They died 41 years apart, and he never remarried...Sara was my Grandpa's aunt. Thanks again!

Camp Headstones
Hi Kate,
Thanks for finding and taking the Camp headstones photos for us. I live very far away and you volunteer efforts are very much appreciated. Do you have the photos in a larger format? If so would you share them with me?
