|Pamela Thompson||Gravestone Photo Permission|
I am happy to see that you photographed the gravestone of Mary Alvord in Mountain View Cemetery (Memorial# 48122735).
I would like to add this gravestone photo to the (non-profit) Alford American Family Association's collection of California Obituaries, where her obituary will be included. You can see the current collection at http://www.alfordassociation.org/OBITS/CAOBIT.htm.
May I have your permission to include your gravestone photos? If so, the photo caption will say:
Photo from [cemetery name, city, county, state]—www.findagrave.com
Permission granted by the photographer, Tracy Bryant
And thanks so much for your gravestone photo work!

I see that you posted a memorial and photo for Oscar Murphy at the Sebastopol Cemetery. Is his wife buried there too? Is she named Rebecca (Carrie Rebecca)?
Thanks for any information you can share.

|M Sardelis||RE: Ichabod Perry & Family|
I am so happy that I meant someone in this line. I have been searching for any info on Ichabod whatsoever.
So you come through Alemda? I come through Mary.
Do you know his origins? A date of birth?
Also do you know anything about Paulina? Maiden name or origin?
I have some old church records that the town historian sent to me but they are mostly about the children.
There is also a book that a woman sent to me from North Carolina whose husband wrote a book on the Perrys, his own line. We are not included in that line.
I do have a couple relatives that where in War of 1812. Many civil war and many Mayflower ancestors as well.
Our New England routes are pretty solid!
Look forward to hearing from you.

I descend from Stephen and Martha.
So happy that you added the head stones.
Can we chat about our Perry line?
I have been trying to fill in so many blanks.
I have some records and some are pretty unreadable.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Are you related to Edward & Jeanette Maize? Jennie is my great grandmother's sister. If you are not related could you transfer them to me so I can link her to her parents and add info? I'd appreciated it!

|Jeff Lloyd ©2004-2017||RE: Winkler plot|
Much thanks for all you've done, as well as the Jennie (Winkler) Williams transfer! I would be honored by the transfers, even though I'm not a direct relative - I do anticipate transferring to one when I find an interest, but will take care of them in the meantime... this also helps with linking the family members together.
I also was wondering if you could transfer the Alyce W. Thomas (49520195) and Gladys M. Armstrong (49520237) as they are related and in the Winkler plot as well? (I'm curious where the other Thomas's of this family went, as they don't appear to be "close by". Alyce's husband was Homer Francis Thomas, an editor of the "Contra Costa Courier-Journal" in the 1930's, now known as the "Contra Costa Times").
FYI, other children of Clayton & Martha Winkler located in the Winkler plot are Arthur S(tephen) Winkler (49520109), Walter Scott Winkler (49520083), and Florence Estelle (Winkler) Kaponat (49520170)...
If there's anything you need help with (brick walls in your research, etc) please let me know...

Sometimes the loss of a friend just tears at your heart. He had the future ahead of him. Much better Sailor than I ever was. I thought it was the most I could do for Terry.
