Emily Garrison
Emily is my great great grandma Garrison. I am wondering where you found your info. I have searched this part of the Garrison family and with her hit a wall. I am in search of her maiden name. I have all of her children's names and have followed the family from KY to Chariton County MO around 1860. Do you know if she is in an unmarked grave. I see you just listed her Feb 2015. Any help would be so appreciated.

RE: Murdoch's Galveston
Thank you so much for your quick reply. I would love to hear more about your research on the Murdoch bath house of Galveston. It might help me in my research to find our family link.

Is it possible to contact you directly?

Murdoch's Galveston
I am trying to find out if George Murdoch (#148012301) who you created a memorial for is connected to the Murdoch's of the famed Galveston bath houses, and if he is related to our Murdock's who migrated from Georgia and South Carolina to Texas. I have information that indicates we are connected.

Your record was added recently - Jun. 18, 2015, so I am wondering if you can help me. Also, are you related to George Murdoch as your bio indicates you are related to some of those that you have done research on.

I hope I am contacting you in the correct way. I'm new to Find A Grave, so please let me know if I am doing it correctly.

Ernest McDay
Hi txgirl,

You have posted a grave picture for Mr. Ernest Mcday. Do you by any chance know the rest of his background history like the possiblity of him having a son named after him?

I am trying to build a family tree for a young boy named Ernest McDay who died at the age of 15 in 1940. All of my searches for the Young Ernest have taken me to the older Ernest. Which leads me to believe they are fater and son. If you have any information that could help confirm or deny this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Mrs. Thomas #142171600
Dear txgirl,
I agree. This cannot be Josephine (Fawks) Thomas, because Mr. Thomas would have had 2 wives at the same time, and I do not believe that he was Morman.

Please forgive my waste of your time and effort.

I shall make all the corrections this evening and continue to look for Josephine Fawks who would have married Mr. Thomas in 1848.

Thank You for your contributions.

Elias Turner Obituary
Thank you for taking the time to post the obituary for my distant uncle. I called Cousin Steve, and he already has this information on his great grandfather. But he wanted me to pass along his thank you, too. It is great when people will share freely! Oh, if there is anything I can do for you around The Dalles OR, or Steve could do for you around Wilsonville OR, give me a shout!
