Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. I have changed her location to Graham Cemetery and will attempt to add a photo in the very near future. Waiting for the rains to let up. I appreciate you.

Garrison Request
Thank you for all of your hard work in fulfilling the requests for Garrison. Although I'm not related to anyone there, it's nice to see how many of those veterans we can create memorials and get pictures for. Thanks again.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the info. Are you by chance any kin to the Moose Family. I am trying to update the
Moose History by Carl & George Moose. If you would
like me to transfer this memorial to you I will do so.
Have a great week,

George N Coile, # 92987899

Hollywood cemetery, Richmond, Virginia. I have added to FindAgrave memorial, a map of soldiers section.

Most of the civil war soldiers buried here are in mass graves. Less than 10% of all soldiers have a grave marker. Any burial identified as being in section U, W or lot 703 .... is a mass grave.

Hollywood is a private cemetery. It is well funded and has a friendly, helpful, full time staff that can help with inquiries regarding burials. Please note, many civil war soldiers were not identified. Civil war death records were made by volunteers therefore much information is incorrect, incomplete or non existent.

If you would like me to remove map from memorial, please let me know.

I am happy to do so. Wish I could have found the others, but I photographed every stone, so they must not have one. Kay

Sorry for the tree limb shadow. I'll try to get a better photo when the sun is past the marker. It has been cloudy a lot so I haven't been out to take photos.

Aha! Thanks for the corrections. I was a sloppy obit analyzer there. Would you like to maintain her? So far I've been unable to discover any Coiles related to hubby's direct-line family: HOWARD, SMITH, HUNTER, WITCHER, BROOKS, EMBRY, GLENN, GUILL, HAWKINS, LUMPKIN, LITTLE, OLIVE, ORR, RICHTER. I thought he was related to everyone in Oglethorpe County, GA!!
