Thank you, I appreciate that. No rush and stay safe.

RE: Bennett Riley
That's pretty much what Ed -- the guy I met today -- said. People just enter hundreds and thousands of grave sites onto find a grave -- not even people that are interested in or related to. Then they claim and manage all the information. He described some bad experiences he has had in that regard.

I will let him know that you are available and interested in sharing info.

Thanks. It was nice to "meet" you!

Now that I see the other memorials here, I realize that most of my photos will be duplicates.

Let me know if I may give your contact info to the fellow I met today at the cemetery. His email address is cayenne119@aol.com if you are interested in contacting him.

Good luck with your Sandy recovery.

Bennett Riley
Hi there. I just wanted to let you know that I took advantage of a beautiful weekend here in Buffalo, and headed over to Forest Lawn to take a few photos. I am curious: Are you descended from Major General Riley? His grave is considered one of Forest Lawn's famous graves. Do you know what the relationship was between the young man lost at sea and the General? While I was getting directions from the info office, I happened to meet one the the Forest Lawn historians who was intrigued that I was looking for someone associated with the General. He told me that he tries to connect with living descendants of Forest Lawn's famous residents. He asked me to inquire into your relationship with the General. Looking forward to hearing from you.

In the mean time, I will post the photos as soon as I get them off my camera. By the way, the young Bennett Riley's info is on the back of the General's marker, along with info about twin brothers who died within a few days of each other. I got photos of all four sides of the monument -- do you have memorials for any of them?

RE: Jones photos
Actually, that's the family headstone. It just so happens to have Jonathan's first name on it; the rest of the Jones family have thier individual headstones surrounding this headstone. With that being said, do you still want me to remove that photo?

RE: Fenton and Eliza Lawson
You are very welcome. Also on this plot are several other Lawson graves. I submitted pictures for all I could read. There are 4 I couldn't read that are very eroded. Something might be found with rubbings, but I don't have the time (sorry). But the other pictures I put on were for Margo Lawson, William Calvert Lawson, Annie McDougal Lawson, Franklin Hey Lawson, F. Roberts Lawson, Corinne Moore Lawson. Then in addition there is a stone for Fenton Lawson who died in 1937, but I didn't know where to post it, no one by that name and date showed up when I searched. Then there is a stone that reads in memory of Franklin H. Lawson who died in 1969, but he is not buried at Spring Grove. Hope all of this helps. The large monument is next to a large evergreen and several of the stones are under low hanging branches, with lots of ground cover, what fun!

RE: Susana Pusey Israel Photo
Yur are welcome. It was a pleasure to do it. The tomb was difficult to photgraph as it sits hign off the ground. I did not have a ladder so i could stand higher than the stone but i think it was not bad.
