I took some more and posted them on the web site. If you want me to transfer them let me know. I don't go there often. it is 100 miles away. I was looking for my relatives.

|EddieM||RE: Other photos in Eastman plot|
Lynne, I've added the two additional Eastman photos to the Edmund Eastman memorial. You'll probably want to reorganize the order of the photos so that Edmund's appears first. I hope this helps.

I also photographed a "John Eastman" (1864-1892) at the Woodlawn Memorial Park, located in the same plot as Edmund and Lois. Also, there was a forth marker to Annie, Wife of Cyrus Lavey (1868-1896)in the same lot. If you would like either photo for your research, just let me know.

|Marvin & Samme Templin||Lavina Powell|
I've uploaded Lavina Powell's tombstone picture. She was on the same tombstone with Caroline Eastman and Lutia Nichols. Thought she might be related to these two.

|Katrina Passick Lumsden||RE: Photos of Higgins', Eastman and Williams tombstones|
I'm very happy to be of help!:) I'm planning another expedition to Maple Hill soon, and am hoping to get shots of Justice and Amanda Eastman's headstones. I couldn't find them when I was last there because the Sexton wasn't there. I just happened upon the ones I found thanks to a little help from my mom, who knows the layout of the cemetery better than I do. I'm also planning on getting a better shot of T.J. and Eunice Williams' monument. I cut the top off of the last ones. Once I get a full shot, I'll add it to their memorial pages.
I'm not sure if you knew this or not, but there are three names on the Williams' monument. On the opposite side from T.J.'s, there's an inscription for one Mary B. Williams, died Oct. 24, 1868, Aged 19y's, 11m's & 2d's. I didn't see her on the Maple Hill list, so I've added a page for her and uploaded the picture I took of her inscription, as well. It's memorial #52895452.
I have Williams ancestors in Maple Hill, as well. They're buried not far from yours.

|SWVA Genealogy Searcher||RE: Photo of David Stacy's tombstone|
I am glad I could help. I also added Mariam Copenhaver Stacy (Stacey), I added her as his wife (?). They were side by side. If I am incorrect on this, let me know and I'll remove the connection.

I will see what I can do. I first need to nail down the sexton to narrow the search area a bit.

|wHerndon.com||Old Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery, Henry Co. GA|
Hi, just thought I'd let you know I photographed everything at the cemetery. A lot of the grave markers are so weathered as to be unreadable, and some seem to have had some vandals at work. The cemetery was in a remote location. Before I close the remaining photo requests, I will go back and see if I can get better pics for you.

|Patrick Yearty||Timmons' in Old St. David's Cem.|
As you can see by the picture the gravestone for S. D. Timmons is broken and hard to read. There is another gravestone for Samuel and Sarah's son K. C. Timmons, b. Oct 25, 1855, d. Aug 7, 1884, next to his parents. It is also broken in two, but can be read. I'll be glad to send you the pictures if you would set up the memorial.

Thank you so much for this picture. It clears up so much. It's also going to correct some family history, and living in Montana, I can't check very easily. So thank you so much again, and have a wonderful day!
