Your Great Grandmother Alma Kent Robinson is actually my 3rd Cousin, 3x removed. Mary Smith Kent is my 1st Cousin, 6x removed. Emma Gott Kent is my 2nd Cousin, 4x removed. I guess that makes you and I cousins, too! To what degree, I'm too tired to calculate at this moment. :)

Hi Kim, Ialso was born in Harrington and think
you are doing a great Job.
There a couple of things that I would
like you to fix. No 1 Raymond Beal
He had 2 daughters Marilyn who m
Carl Brown and Evelyn, who died at
the age of 3. She is buried in Marilyn's
lot in evergreen cemetery.
No2 John Nelson Mitchell did not die in
Harrington. He died in Snug Harbor N. Y.
I know because he is in my family line.
ThaNK YOU for doing such a great job.

In reference to your message
"Old Cherryfield Cemetery
I was wondering why you did not link John Flaherty to his wife Ellen and their daughter Nellie together. I added photos of their stones. I believe he is related to my ancestors Patrick Flaherty that came from Ireland many years ago. Their name was O'Flaherty before they arrived here."

I currently have approximately 500 pictures to post for memorials on Find A Grave. I normally link memorials as I post the pictures.

If you would like, I would be very pleased to transfer the management of the memorials to you. Just send an e-mail listing the memorial numbers.

what cemetery are you talking about

KIS
RE: Samuel Chandler Allen
Hi Kim,

That was the name used by several locals who had been working on this genealogy line for the last 20 years or more. They also were direct decendents of these people. I believe the Ridge is actually called Pumpkin Ridge but I would have to look that up. If you find another name for the cemetery let me know. I don't have it documented from official town records. This particular cemetery is a little hard to find unless you know exactly where to look. For many years vet flags were put in the ground 500 yards from the cemetery because the exact location was not known by the person who erected the flags. Later that was straightened out by a longtime resident who has now passed on.

If you give me his mother and fathers numbers I will add them. I do not know if his wife is there. Maybe a photo request will help.
