Re: John A.E. Drennan
Lambie Cemetery, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Hi Linda:

May I use the photo of the stone you have taken for the above for my tree on Ancestry and my personal data base?

The parents of Johnny were Herbert Erwin Drennan and Pansy Irene Bowes Drennan who are buried in Hillside Cemetery in Saskatoon.

Thank you so very much for putting up this photo, as this monument escaped my notice when reading the book you quoted in the memorial for the Lambie children.

Patricia

Thank you for the recent posts of headstone from Dundern Cemetery. Do you by any chance have pics for David Falk, or Katharina Wilms and her husband Peter? Thanks again.

RE: St Helens cemetery
Hi Linda:

No, it wasn't me who put in the partial listing for the "other" Saint Helen cemetery. I have, however, been going through Find a Grave listings for cemeteries in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, correcting information, adding maps and trying to delete duplicate cemeteries. With the new app for iPhone, maps are really critical to its functionality.

To date, I think have have submitted corrections for over 500 cemeteries in SK and MB. Once I get a census district "cleaned up" I keep an eye out for the addition of new cemeteries and make sure they have a map, etc. I have been working on the Saskatoon CD and that is why I noticed the new entry for St Helen. I went to find a map for it and then realized it was the one in the Prince Albert CD.

Thanks for agreeing to transfer your entries over to the other cemetery. When you have the second Saint Helen emptied, I can ask for Find a Grave to delete its listing.

Cheers,

Tracy

Emil Erickson
Hi Linda. This is Michelle Linda Bakke-Alm's niece. Do you know anything about the Emil Erickson you made a memorial for buried in Willow Bunch? I am trying to trace my great grandfather (Arnt Erickson's) brother Emil Erickson/Eriksen. Don't have confirmation yet on where he lived in Saskatchewan, yet have a passenger record in 1925 saying he was going to his friend Helger Field in Scout Lake, Saskatchewan. Says he lived in Saskatchewan from 1908 to 1925. Family records (not confirmed) say his wife's name was Anna and he had a daughter named Alice.

If you read I created this memorial, but at the time I didn't have the head stone. I volunteer with Canadian Headstones, and one of my transcribers found the head stone and sent it to me...
Thanks Linda

RE: Rebecca Eliza Lusk
I'm glad to make the connections, but please use the "Suggest a Correction..." feature on each memorial that you'd like changed. Again, glad to do it, but it's SO much easier to respond to those SAC's.

Happy Hunting!

RE: Noble Ladd
Hi,

I have made the additions on the memorial I maintained, but could not link Noble to his parents since I do not maintain that memorial.

But, I did send the info to link Noble's parents to him to the appropriate volunteer, hopefully they will make those links shortly.

Thanks for the info, and feel free to request more additions if you come across any other info at a later date.

I would love to find where they are buried so I could put it in their memorials.

Thanks again,
charlotte
