Thanks. Do you have a copy of the guardianship papers and the photo? Are you in his line?

Addie Wilcox
Hi, is there any chance you're related to Addie C. Wilcox (123344518)? I recently purchased 3 photos containing Addie, her husband, and a woman I believe is her sister. You list a sister, Lillie, but I believe she has a sister named Ada, who married Septimus Mawer. I am working to confirm this, but I wanted to see if you were a relative.

Thanks so much. Re the spelling, etc. just trying to help.

Thomas M and Eva C Brown
I am related to Thomas M Brown and Eva Brown through their daughter Carrie Abigail Louise Brown, my mother's father's mother.
I know that Isabelle (aka Belle), Carrie and Nell survived because family members knew them and have spoken about them. I don't know about the males.
I have found via that Eva's last name is spelled Wirth. Where did you find the spelling Worth?
Do you have a photo of Eva's and Thomas' graves? I live in NJ (but from Ohio) and researching family.
Also, where did you find the immigration date and the marriage date? I haven't turned up anything about those details.

Yes, I think I'm going to have to go to the court house, etc. and dig a little deeper to solve the mysteries. At least I have a start now, thanks to you. I'm going with the Turner name.

Can't thank you enough for all this information. I am so happy that you found both marriage license's for Hannah and Elizabeth. I wonder what war James was in, I noticed the flag on his grave. Couldn't have been Civil War. Do you think I would be safe to connect the James you found, to my great grandmother, Elizabeth, his daughter by Elizabeth Turner? I've been looking at her last name for a long time. Some census it looks like Teener, but I think it's Turner, don't you?
Again, thanks my friend,

RE: Frame
Oh my goodness...I have been searching all afternoon for Hannah's death, burial site, etc. You are the BEST!!!! Thank you soooo much. I did find her parents and some of her siblings. Still looking for her husband James McWilliams who was the father of my great grandmother, by his first wife, Elizabeth. Looking for her too. :) I believe her name was Elizabeth Turner and she died after the 1850 census. James married Hannah Frame in 1855. My great grandmother's name on the census was Jemima and she, through the years, changed it to Lizzy and Elizabeth. I think her name was Jemima Elizabeth McWilliams. I have several pictures of her on Find A Grave.
Again, let me thank you for this great find!!!!

Wrong cemetery?
Hi Lavidaloca,
I put in a memorial photo request for James Frame NcWilliams #85961286 and his wife Carrie VanTassel McWilliams #85961939 and received a notice that they were buried in the Weston (new) cemetery, not Weston (old). Can you move them to the Weston (new)?
I'm searching to find out where James's parents are buried. James and Hannah Frame McWilliams. If you run across them, please give me a shout out.

Edith A. Keeler Perrin

Good information on Edith Perrin, although it is probably hard to remember all your additions, I think that the death certificate is correct and she died the same time as her son (Oct 1901). This because the cemetery also lists her husbands death 4 May 1907...

Thanks again for the info,

Took another look at my info. Found that our Ida, daughter of Lettie, died in San Fransico. Somehow we had merged two different Ida & Lettie's. Have ordered the death cert for mine. Thanks for the patience and understanding. Diana

RE: Arietta Woolson
I'll find out what the cemetery has on record and get back to you. We went out and actually read the big stone this morning. Made sure of the date. I'll get back to you once the cemetery contacts me.

Arietta Woolson
First, thank you for the heads up on the death date. I did have it wrong but, not in the direction you though. After looking at the main stone this morning it clearly reads 1818 Arietta Woolson 1892. I've transcribed the wording on the bottom of the stone and put it on the Memorial. If you'd like I'll contact the custodian to see what info they have at the cemetery about the Woolsons. It would be no problem at all.

The location of this stone is right outside the cemetery office. There is a large upright stone with a row of smaller stones beside it.

I hope this helped.

RE: Pvt Jacob Benjamin Bill
Thanks for getting back to me. He was my 2xgreat grandfather. I Knew the family was in Iowa and SDakota and was surprised to find him in Ohio. I diid not know he had another wife. I am in SE Mi and within driving distance and thought I would go see if I can take a photo. Since he was a vet there probably is a government stone.
