RE: Lester & Myrtle White
Thanks for the note, Fred. I'm not actually sure--but I can ask her daughter, whom I know. I suspect Myrtle is buried in Utah, where she moved as a widow, but that after she died the family also had the inscription on the stone with her husband back in NJ finished (i.e., had the death year added).

I'll see if I can find out. Meanwhile, both #s for Myrtle can be linked either way. My guess is the one in NJ is actually a cenotaph.

Levi Stratton #58809904
Hi Fred,

Found myself with info on the Harris family. Levi married Abigail Harris, daughter of Thomas & Sarah (Dayton) Harris of Fairfield Twp. sometime in or before 1774. Levi was born in Fairfield Twp. in 1774 and died at the age of 490 years. He and Abigail had two children:

Sarah Stratton (APR1775-07OCT1796) She was the 1st wife of Reuben Buck

Daniel Powell Stratton (07DEC1784 - 06JUN1840)

Levi had a second wife named Elizabeth as mentioned in his will of 14FEB1792. He and Elizabeth had a daughter Jemima.

Still trying to get the Swing/Old Presby/Old Stone/ and now Church of Christ cemeteries fixed, but major project with EHC Clerk has me bogged down since last June.

Swing/Old Presby again
Hi Fred. Made a photo trip to Swing/Old Presbyterian in Fairton yesterday. Came back to add photos and noticed over 160 entries into O.P. Hist. Comm. pamphlet only lists 72. Had to create the Brick Church Cemetery in Cedarville to have a place for a couple extras. I ran into Alonzo Campbell that you added a couple photos for. Can't fin him on either list. Do you remember where these photos were taken?
There appears to be a fence on the edge of one.

thank you for taking the picture--I don't know when this was taken but last year 2012--it took me two visits to find their plots. this is my husband's great grandparents--so if you hear from anyone in their family I'd appreciate you sending this along. Thank you for helping others find their family members and have the ability to have a picture--even if it is their resting place.
thanks again--maybe we'll see you sometime as we continue our search.

HI Fred
Thank you for you wonderful work. Celeste Ronkeroni is my cousin who I located in part to your work. Would you please take a photo of the headstone and if possible find a date of death. Her parents are buried at St Joseph's in Hackensack with the rest of the Roncoroni/Ronkeroni family. I look forward to hearing from you and would hope to have you transfer to memorial.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Phillip Evans' memorial
Hi Mr. Lentz: Phillip Evans' widow has just passed away. I checked the same cemetery and saw her late husband's memorial on it. This was done by you. I don't know if you want to add the headstone to Mrs. Evans' memorial or not. Of course it doesn't list her date of death on it yet.
I just wanted to let you know.

Victoria Camp
RE: John Penniman

How very kind of you to attempt to find John Penniman's final resting place. From what I have heard, it's a lovely cemetery. If his headstone is still there, I would assume it's close to Silena Guilford Boynton Penniman; he was her second husband. She's actually buried next to her first husband in the Boynton plot.

Sorry I couldn't be more specific! I've been told for AGES that it's there, just not sure, myself.

VERY thoughtful of you. Thanks for trying. I'll see if I can contact the cemetery association (if there is one) and find plot and location.

Warm regards,
Victoria Camp (Silena was my gg-grandmother and her first husband James Henry was my gggrandfather.)
