Emery Robert Linn
I am a grand-daughter of Emory Linn. I have the birth certificate and death certificate of Emory so I can give you some better info about my grandfather. His name is spelled Emory. dob: 19 Jan 1906; dod: 15 Mar 1984. I don't know much about Margaret Linn who is on his tomb stone. That was his third wife.

Clara Boyle.
Let me know if you find Clara and if she is buried in the Invermere area. I would be happy to locate her grave for a photo.

William Herman Russell
Hi Rod, I was doing some research for the Russell family and I found the headstone for William Herman Russell doesn't match the actual headstone. The stone says it's Richard Russell. Could you check this out and let me know.

I appreciate all the hard work you've been doing. Thanks a lot.

Clara Boyle
Hi Rod, I have not been successful to locate Clara Boyle in the Mountview Cemetery. I even went to the District Office where they keep the records and although the lady searched through them all, she was not able to locate Clara. Sorry about that. Hope that you are able to find her.
On another note, I was surprised to learn that you live in Whitehorse Yukon. I lived there as well for 16 years, moved away in 1999 to BC.
Many good memories.

Deborah (Baxter) Fink
RE: Rachel Stayton Noland
Sarah Ruth is the sister to Rachel's father John Arthur Stayton. We have many Nolands throughout our family tree that have married with our Baxter line. I think the Stayton's, Baxter's and Nolands must have lived in the same area amongst other family names like Swearingen. Sarah Ruth was married to John J. Baxter of which the town Baxter Springs was named after. He died in a land dispute. Even though I am not directly related to Rachel I do follow the Stayton family as it has led to my Baxter family. I have lots of cousins in a group I started on Facebook for Baxter descendants that also have Stayton and Noland ancestry. I have a Sarah Ann Nowlin in my line and is possible is of the same family as the Nolands. I have seen the names do change even amongst the same families.

I scanned in an old photo from a box of photos that belonged to my grandfather and before that his father. Lyman was my great grandfathers brother. I have no problem with you copying this photo to your family tree.

No problem. Would you like his memorial transferred as I have no connection to him. The markers at Gracelawn are just disappearing so fast I try to document them when I can.

RE: Re: Nellie Lenora Watson Stevens
Rod,

I'm not sure yet if she's a relative.
The one I know was (originally) from MacGregor Manitoba, and referred to as 'Nell', rather than 'Nellie'.
Still researching, but many thanks for the offer (and your contributions!).

Jim B.

RE: Floyd Olson
Thanks for the information for Floyd Olson in the Grey Mountain Cemetery, Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. I've updated the memorial accordingly. Are you related? My intent on creating memorials for all interments in the cemetery were to transfer them to family members.

RE: Thanks for fulfilling my photo request for Norman Robert White
You're welcome to reuse the photo. I will appreciate being give credit, as you describe.
There are many other Whites in that cemetery. I took photos of all the markers (of any surname) that were the subject of photo requests and that I could identify.

Cameron Draper Grave
I went to fulfill your request today and I'm sorry to report there is no marker for Cameron William Draper at Section I Block 21 Lot 30. Also, the cemetery records state there is no marker for this grave. If you'd like me to remove the picture I've added to Cameron's page, just let me know and I'd be happy to do so. The picture is of the spot where his gravestone should be.
