Good evening Brenda & Pete. I wanted to thank you for your photo of Mr. Englehart's gravestone. I am not actually the memorial manager, however Mr. Englehart served in the same World War II combat outfit as did my beloved late father (the 325th GIR). Your kindness and thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. Thank you again!

Brenda and Pete --For sending the picture of Roland Wilson's marker. I took care of him for about 4 years before he left us to join "the great army in the sky." With the help of his old Army buddy Travis Young from Altoona he was laid to rest the place of his choosing, Indian Town Gap. God bless for your service. Ilene Lake, Butler , Pa.

|NellConnor||Mortimer C. O'Connor, Calvary Cemetery.|
Hi Brenda and Pete,
Thank you so much for creating the memorial for Mortimer Creagh O'Connor. I hope you don't mind that I have added photos, which I hope you consider relevant. I don't know why they display before yours - please change if you can.
I have included a photograph of his mother's tomb in Lislaughtin Abbey cemetery back in his birthplace, Ballylongford, Co. Kerry. Presumed that it is the tomb of his father John O'Connor also, although no inscription survives. Note that his mother survived him - I have a copy of her Last Will and Testament which she wrote a month after his death.
I will soon include a photo of the wall plaque at the entrance to Lislaughtin Abbey, which tells that Mortimer's ancestor John O'Connor funded the foundation of Lislaughtin Abbey.
I think it's awesome that, although we live thousands of miles apart, you and I can both commemorate Mortimer and his family.
Thank you and keep up the Good Work.

|Joe Nihen||RE: Daniel Sweigard|
Brenda and Pete,
Strange coincidence - I visited my father's grave this evening before Memorial Day services. He passed 40 years ago this year, and I became aware tonight of something I never noticed before. There is a man with the surname Sweigard buried right in front of him. Hey, the third Sweigard I see today will owe me a beer!
