Mary Ann Price
Thank you for the link to the obituary for Mary Ann Price. I transcribed the obituary and added it to her memorial.

However, I have one little problem that I hope you can help me with. The one letter that I couldn't read in her obit was the first letter of her maiden name, the rest of the letters are "andfield." I located her husband's notice of death and his obituary. Unfortunately, one lists her maiden name as Banfield and the other shows it as Bannfield.

I was hoping that you might know the correct spelling.

Thank again, Steve

Ida B Miller Weber
I transferred all the Webers at Mt Olivet to you. Do you want Ida B Miller Weber at Lincoln Memorial Park too?

Donald and Althea Stephens
Hi, I unexpectedly found the memorials for Donald and Althea Stephens transferred to me. As you have been requesting photos of Stephens graves, would you like to assume management of these?

Stephens at Riverside Cemetery in Montgomery IL
Hi, I photographed the graves you requested and also discovered Donald and Althea Stephens buried in the same plot. They are F.A.G memorials 12827341 and 10861253.

Per cemetery records there are also a Darrell Stephens who was interred 5/3/1933 who is on the grave of his grandmother and an unnamed Stephens interred 10/6/1932. Neither has a marker.

Hope this helps! Happy Easter!

I walked the St Nicolaus Cemetery @ Garrison and didn't find head or footstone or other marker. Footstone from that far ago might be under sod. (I wasn't looking for him when walking the Garrison cemetery across town, but presume you know his burial site from death certificate or other).

I looked for Roger's gravestone today and was unable to find it, I did however find his parent's and his brother Richard's. I don't know how you are connected to Roger, but I knew him when he owned the liquor store here in town and knew him to be a kind, friendly person.

Just a note... Theodore Hoffman is resting beside Irene. Her memorial and photo were already listed on Find A Grave, however, they are not linked. Denise

RE: Richardine Sackett Reeser-# 79622853
Hi Tammy,
Thanks for responding so quickly. I haven't done and research on Richardine's family. My research has been pretty much on the Reeser line and I do have the history of the Reeser's back a long ways.
William Henry Reeser is a first cousin 2 generations removed to me. His grandfather, William G. Reeser is a half brother to my great grandfather Solomon M. Reeser. All of the Reeser's who lived in Mendota and that part of Illinois are part of the second family. I'm curious if any of your husbands family passed down any of the Reeser history or stories?

Growing up my family had never heard of the second family of half brothers and sisters in Illinois, only that Solomon had come from Pennsylvania. Solomon left Illinois and moved to Iowa and really didnít stay in close touch with the family. I have been lucky to find many descendants of the Reeser's that had photos they sent me copies of.
It was nice to see the photo of Richardine even though she was just a little girl at the time.

I'm always wiling to share what I have with you.

Hi Tammy,
I see that you added a photo to the page for Richardine and I am wondering if you might be related to her or her husband? I am a cousin of her husband.

RE: Herman, Edith, Elgie Richter
You are welcome, I did post photos on the other Ricter's as you requested. I do want you to know that I did not find this stone in the Catholic cemetery. St. Mary's and Bloomington Cemetery are connected with St. Mary's being clearly identified in the back of the area. I found the Richter stone in the Bloomington part of the cemetery. Just an FYI.

Walsh at Cavalry
Hello, Today I am posting photos I took at the Walsh plot at Cavalry. I did not find a record for Bessie, but I will post a photo anyway. There are hundreds of Walsh's in this cemetery and it could be under Beth, Eliz. or another name. Since they died on the same day, I'm sure she is there. There is no individual marker just the family name. Sounds tragic.

RE: Edward Mulder
Thanks. If you want to create a memorial, I will get the pictures on them, as I have them. Otherwise, I will create a memorial. My guess is the other Edward died just before Edward was born and the name was reused, since he is at the foot of John and Mattie. I also have his picture.

RE: Edward Mulder
Hi Tammy,

I also added Edward's wife Dorothy, since they shared a stone. I also found another Edward Mulder, who died as an infant (1907-1908) at the feet of his parents, John and Mattie. Are they any relation? They are in the other half of the same section.

RE: Alexander McQueen
During those years many had no life insurance and many others were financially struggling...

So it isn't uncommon for burials during the early part of the century not to have headstones.

What's important is that you know where a loved one is buried and like you said... a headstone can always be purchased at a later time.

If I can assist you in any other burial searches, please let me know.
