I'm going out to take some more photos this week. Did you find any more information regarding her being in the mausoleum or with her husband?

Hi Shannon, I went to Tahoma yesterday and checked on Virginia's grave site. That little card is still there. I went in the afternoon and there was a man installing plaques on the A Column. Virginia
is on the C column.I'll keep checking..keep your fingers crossed.

Wow, let me go back at Evergreen and see what they say. Perhaps they made a mistake?...doesn't seem likely though unless he looked at the wrong line when looking it up for me.

Hi Shannon,
Virginia was interred on June 15th. I'm guessing that the family delays the burial or funeral until all family members can be there.
After that it usually takes 2 to 3 months for the stone to be engraved and put on the grave. I go to Tahoma at least once a month. I will keep checking and let you know when the picture is posted.

Remember Those Who Have Passed
RE: William Bourne
I can't find anything on them but the graves. They died the same day as Bourne and McClure. I read an article online that said McClure's wife had an affair with Bourne. Some how McClure found out and shot Bourne. Possibly the children were still born. The wife of McClure shot her husband. Lots of stories out there, and no proof. However I did read a letter written by one of the son's of Bourne that said he received a letter from Mrs McClure on her death bed she admits she killed her husband, but no proof of the actual letter, as it had been misplaced.

Remember Those Who Have Passed
RE: William Bourne
You are welcome, How much do you know about the history of William Bourne, and the two twin boys? I would like to know more. Such an interesting place where he lived 60 miles out in the desert. It has a spring still running, and the water has made an oasis. I found sign's of American Indians, and the original house that the Bourne's lived in. I plan to post more pictures. Joe

Thank you so much Shannon for adding a photo of my cousins grave. Living in Arkansas and being crippled it makes it hard to get to many of the places my family has settled.

Maple Valley has built up so much over the years just like Black Diamond. I grew up in Federal Way, when it was just a small town in the 70's. Now its about 85,000 - 90,000. Crazy.
