RE: Voss photos.
I will see if I can find a list, but at times they're older not updated ones. I did take photos of the other Voss stones near John and Johana ones.
Will add them if not already entered.

RE: Chat time.
Do I need to do anything? I have added a few names to the cemetery but I'm primarily adding only photos.

RE: Ah!
Indeed!

If I take photos of everything then I can work on uploading whenever I have time and even into the cold months. The other advantage of doing it this way is that I can keep the order of where and whom they rest next to. That often helps with stones that are unreadable.

I have already located several stones that are either completely worn away with no discernable writing, buried, or it is a family stone with no names. I hate that!

RE: Mary Majer
I did that on purpose as the writing was worn away so extensively that it can only can be seen if it is viewed at different angles. Feel free to delete what you don't want.

Additionally, it takes me an eternity to walk around looking for a specific stone. I spent 2 hours there today looking for stones requested.

What I will do from now on is just photograph entire sections as I can then come home and keep the photos that are needed and upload and delete the ones that are already on the site.

RE: Confusing!
There are two different sisters with the same death date: one is Sister Miriam Sh Wilson born 3 Feb 1899 died 6 May 1973 in Manitowoc, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, USA | and Paschal Sm Wilson born about 1921 died 6 May 1973 in Mara - Age: 52 . Mine is the second one. So which one is buried in your cemetery and where is the other on buried? I am still trying to locate an obit.

RE: More....
The Wisconsin Death Index Shows Paschal Sm Wilson's birth at around 1921 which would be around the date I have as June 4, 1920. Is there a way we can talk via email? Then I could sent the document to you if need be. I found that document on ancestry.

More about Mary Paschal
Also, their brother was Albert (the one that I added the picture to and you added the obit). Maybe this will help.

RE: More....
I have the 1920 census plus pictures of the family. She also had a sister that was a nun and then left the church and married. Could there have been two sisters with the same name? I have some info that my grandmother had but I can't locate it right now. Maybe I will find the info before your visit with the archivist. Sorry to cause so much confusion.

RE: Fr. Albert
I'm sorry but I didn't make this memorial. I just added a picture. You'll have to contract the person who made the memorial.

RE: More notes.
My husband and his family are from Manitowoc so, especially in summer, I seem to pass through often. I will keep working at it!

There are a ton of volunteers in Green Bay so I am not needed here. I'd rather go where help is needed so Mishicot it is!

I appreciate the Manitowoc site. It is there that I learned about my husbands grandfather and family. His dad didn't know much because he was only 11 when his dad was killed in a car accident. Genealogy gives some of us such a connection, I like that!

Are you sure of the birth date? My relative was born in 1920 and also had this name and died the same day and year. She was a nun in Wisconsin.

I wasn't sure about this one. Stahls are buried next to cherneys so thought this might be the one with a matching date. I will recheck.

You are welcome! I took several photos today so will upload them when I match them to the memorials. I passed through Mishicot today so will also make future trips. It is only 30 minutes from where I live.

Thank you,

Danke Shoen for recent edit suggestions
Just a quick note to express my gratitude for sending me the obituary for Fred F. Mueller... I have added it to his memorial and completed the links to his parents and wife. It really does add to my knowledge of his character!

He is a member of my wife's extended family but as someone with a career in the military and the criminal justice system, I know he deserves so much more than a casual salute.

Ok. Good to know. I have submitted edits and then had management transferred to me without the edits done, so I like to ask. Thanks for all the good work you do.

I have moved John's memorial but all of the others, in their obituaries, say that they are buried in the cemeteries where they are at.
