I haven't forgotten about your ancestor...I am still searching in Schuyler records for his grave location. I see that he did have a military stone...plan to talk with the sexton to see where grave locations were in 1877...

I transferred your great grandmother to you because you said you had so much to add. When I look at the memorial I see no pictures, no personal life story, etc., just an illegal scanned obit. I am very disappointed.

Never mind, I found your ID and transferred. Joy

Hello! Im not sure why it shows up like that. I have had several like that as well, on people who don't even have others linked to them. I don't know if they have it set to automatically say that or what. Sorry, I cant really help you out with an answer to that. I think it might be a glitch/problem with the Find A Grave system/forum/form.

Hi Jerry -- you got Shama from her sister Catherine's death cert? On Christina's death cert, i read it as Stram. I got Strehner from her burial record from St John the Evangelist Parish, 1854-1916 Deaths, image 137 of 145, bottom entry on the right-hand page. THat's also where i got Bavaria for birthplace. That's from FamilySearch, Records of the Toledo Catholic Diocese. It is in Latin; some of the priests tried to 'Latinize' names, but in this case it looks more German.
AND i'm not a relative, will transfer if you wish.

We took the photo of Mary Ellen's stone about a year ago. We did not have a plot # for her grave; we walked around until we found her stone.

My Sarah Ann Johnston Richardson, daughter of William and Nancy Johnston isn't your Sarah J. My Sarah and her siblings were all born in N.C. or Georgia as were her parents William and Nancy. To actually answer your question, the simplest answer is that Sarah's headstone states she was born in New Hanover Co., North Carolina.

Jerry, I have some bad news. I am not the one who put those listings into Find A Grave. The listing shows Tonnie Moser Nichols is the lister. I am sorry I cannot fix these for you

Jerry, thanks for the all the information, It may take awhile for me to get that all corrected. I am sorry I don't know the a lot of the people who are taking pictures in MOnore Cnty, I have not been out taking pictures in awhile, there are a lot of new people, and I don't know them, sorry I can't help, you can try going thru the findagrave correction emails. Look on the FAQ page, there are instructions there.
