Mr. Wooten
My great great grandfather is in your family's cemetery. Would have any information as to why?
I'm unable to locate the name of his wife, only that 7 boys were left mother and fatherless, one of which is my mother's grandfather.

Hi Ed, back in 2008 I added 2 memorials for the Harbison brothers, I see you added another set in 2012. Can you please delete your set. If you are going to start doing memorials you might want to check to make sure someone has not already made one. I have spent many, many hours of photographing in Lake City and putting memorials up. There is no reason to have 2 of the same memorial. Thank you.

RE: Minnie Wilson Clarke
Hi Ed. Thanks for the message. I had not noticed it. There appear to be TWO listings for Ray Clarke. One is by you with the grave photo and the other is by robminteer57. It doesn't have birthdate or photo. Maybe I should ask him to delete his? I am glad to see the photo you took. Thank you so much!!!

Thank you so much for trying to find her grave in the Gunnison Cemetery. It's so disappointing to hear there is no stone. But I certainly thank you for the trouble you went to. Holly (Paris Garters)

RE: Welch Headstones
Thank you so much Ed! I see photos for several Welches now--Loran William and Lula Belle, Lee Allen and Flora Margaret, Loren Allen, and Frona. So helpful! I had also put in a request for Minnie Wilson Clark and Ray Richard Clark. And just added George W. Welch. He is in a different section than the others though, I think. I saw you also did Mary Etta Welch. I haven't figured out who she is exactly, but must be related since she is in the same section. Thanks again for all your help! Holly

Photo Use
Hi Ed, Your more than welcome to use my photo, I only put that watermark on my photos for those very few who take photos and repost them as there own. Wish I didn't have to do it as it makes a mess of my photo. But like as with many other things, it only takes a few to ruin it for all.

Ed - Thanks for the additional tombstone photos of Earl F Richardson and his parents, William Luther & Mary Elizabeth (Coulter) Richardson.

Looks like good snow for skiing but I have never skied but when young some 60 yrs. ago did a lot of sledding.

Take care!

Crismon/Tavern Cemetery-Maries Co, MO
Such a beautiful photo that you added to the Crismon/Tavern Cemetery. So peaceful and such tranquility. I've never been there, but worth a trip just for the view. Thank you.

RE: Crismon Cemetery
Hi Ed: The Crismon & Tavern Cemetery are one and the same. If you Search for Tavern Cemetery, it will tell you to see the Crismon Cemetery
Maries County, Missouri USA. So you search for either "Tavern" or Crismon, and same data will come up. Many of the "ole" timers" called it the Tavern Cemetery as it was or may be in the Tavern Twp, close to Dixon. You will see "Tavern" on many of the death certificates, but if you look at the Inventory/transcription that Maries Co did for this cemetery, they call it the "Crismon". Gets confusing sometimes.

Hi Ed,

John Wiggins Reynolds is in my family line he would be a GG Uncle.
Do you have any family in the Reynolds Cemetery which is a short distance from the Howell Cemetery?

Sorry to tell you that Mary's stone was broken in serveral pieces. Did add a photo of Freemon's for you.
Miller County has an awesome web site that might be helpful for your search.

Good luck,

Happy to help Ed

In all of my searching this memorial is the only thing I have found. John and Mildred both are listed by the DAR and the SAR as Soldier and Patriot. This is the place listed for their burial:

Name: John Suggett
Cemetery: Fam cem
Location: Home Place, Paynes Depot Pike KY 20
Reference: Abstract of Graves of Revolutionary Patriots, Vol.4, p. Serial: 7783; Volume: 5

Good Luck..David Hughes
