Edit feature
I just discovered the edit feature on the site, and wondered if you guys were unaware too. Apparently, some time in the past it became available that on our profile site there are pending edits denoted. I don't know if this applies, but I know there are a lot of people that are not aware of this feature. I had about two hundred waiting when I discovered it. Hope this was ok. Lisa

Peck/ Olendorf families
I see that we have common ancestors. Always nice to meet new relatives!! lol Thank you for creating memorials for our common ancestors. I am a descendant of Julie Olendorf Gifford, sister to Margaret Olendorf Peck. Love to share any info I have accumulated in my research if you are interested.

P.S. on Renn family
Have quite a bit on the Renn family also and a contact of Beverly and Don Renn who have traced the Renn side - I talked with Beverly once and saw her book of family genealogy on the Renns and Boudemans and it is amazing.

Stackhouse surname
Hi Diane and Randy - I am trying to photograph the entire Salem Cemetery and am almost finished - next will be the entire Richart's Grove and Stone heap and Lungerville, then Moreland. I knew Edith very well and of course know Little Edy and many others of the Stackhouse clan in Unityville. My mother's family side has a couple of Stackhouse married into the Glidewell/ Boudeman/Boudman, etc.
I am currently putting together a book on the History and Biographical Sketches of Unityville and Jordan township and surrounding area. Would love to know if Arlene has any good photos that I could scan and use for my book. After Edith turned 100 I had wanted to get to interview her for my book cause Little Edy had said what a wonderful memory she still had and all the stories, but then she got sick and I never got that chance - but maybe Arlene would consider giving me any info and pics that would be nice to include in the history of Unityville. I would love to have one of Edith in her younger days or one of Oscar and her, or even Edith's parents. If you wish to write to me about any genealogy, please feel free at:
Thanks! ~Beth Anne Lawvere Davis

Richmondville Cemetery
Diane -

I transferred those memorials to you. Yes, I'm sure that was James Finegan, not Finegar. Information was copied from a transcription I purchased from the Old Stone Fort and very likely was a typo , or my error. I live in Wisconsin and have never been to NY, but was researaching my Cole ancestors, who are buried there.

Your welcome,
Lori Driver
