Hi, Garry: Here's the response that I received from the cemetery manager: "Yes he was right there is no headstone. sorry"

I aplologize for the "wild goose" chase. Oh, did you get my email about John Schumacher?

You transferred two memorials to me for a Ruth Marquart & Chester Marquart. I have NO idea why you transfered them to me. They are NOT mine. Nor are the three memorials you transferred for Jay Green, Linwood Green & Mary Green. I do not appreciate having memorials transfer to me without any warning. Is it possible to remove these transfers, as these are not my ancestors or anyone else that I know of and I can find no reason for you to have transferred them to me.

RE: Ruth Freeman
Hi Garry, the top of the stone reads "Ruth, wife of Elisha Freeman". I wanted to get close enough so the stone was more legible. Elisha's stone is less easily read. I'll try again when I am in the area.

RE: Margaret Ayers, Cynthia Ayers
Hi Garry and Teresa,
Yes - the blanket is very special to us. We have actual photos of Margaret's husband Samuel & two of their children as adults. It makes the past seem so real & present. Someday I hope to be able to visit their grave sites. Thanks again! Kimberly

Thanks so much for taking that photo so quickly! It is always great to be able to see the actual monument, even though we live at a distance. This is such a great website.

Margaret Ayers, Cynthia Ayers
Gary, thanks to you & your wife for the photos of the headstones of Margaret & Cynthia Ayers. I remember that you also photographed the headstone of Daniel Ayers for me previously. Having the photo of Margaret's headstone means a lot to me. She was my great x3 grandmother & we know nothing about her except her name. She passed away in 1842, just after my great x2 grandmother Margaret Ayers Fox was born (Find A Grave Memorial# 49139831). My mother has a blanket woven for her in 1837, by Adam Wolf (info is actually woven into the corner of the blanket.) It is really neat to have this photo, to tie things together. Thank you again! Kimberly
