Sorry, I'm new to Find A Grave and made a duplicate memorial for my great grandfather Albert Camp Raymond #162175375. I don't know how to merge the information, and delete it. Your #75732674.

|JJ||RE: James Holmes|
Hi: In response to your question: "Here is what I got from another contributor, is it safe to take this down?
Following provided by #46865272
The cemetery database indicates that Holmes/Mauck family members are buried in Section 14, block c, lot 36, graves 1-8, but found no markers for this family at that location."
My response is: Yes, you can take it down because I found the gravestones and took photos of them and placed them at the FG memorials. I don't know who #46865272 is, but I still think this information came from me when I first looked for the graves and failed to find them.--JJ

|JJ||RE: James Holmes|
Hi. I have posted all the photos I took of the Holmes/Mauck stones today, including photos for James Reuben Holmes and James Willis Holmes. The confusion probably came from me. I tried to find the gravestones earlier, and after looking carefully I posted that the markers weren't there. That comment got transferred to some of the Find a Grave memorials. When I looked again today, I looked more broadly than the cemetery map and database indicated, and I found them. I have notified the FG manager so the earlier comments about the markers not being there can be weeded out. So all is good.--JJ

I wish I could take credit for getting the photo, but I was simply working on my own to-do list. I didn't know there'd been a request for the photo until I'd uploaded it.

I photographed the military marker for Henry Mattocks last summer, but his stone is below ground and inaccessible.

Thanks to the Sunday School Class. I am uploading others/adding graves to the cemetery based on these images. It is amazing how many of the stones don't exist anymore that they would be lost without what that class did.

You're welcome. I'm glad to help. This cemetery is confused with Buelah quite often, so I'm always checking. Thanks for making the corrections. Barbara

Hi, I am familiar with Beulah Cemetery in Westmoreland County, PA. There are only 6 or 7 headstones there and maybe a few unmarked graves. I noticed that you added a memorial for Pvt. Lewis McWilliams, but I believe that he is buried at BUELAH (different spelling), also in Westmoreland County, PA. Most likely John McWilliams is buried there also. There is already a memorial for Lewis, as well as a headstone photo. Hope this information is helpful! Barbara

|Susan Kirstein||RE: Leonard Clark, Shinn Cemetery|
I noticed that you are looking for a picture of the headstone for Leonard Clark who died during the Civil War and is buried at the Shinn Cemetery in Shinnston, WV. I am the President of the Shinn Cemetery Preservation Project. We are on Facebook. Ask to join if you'd like. The cemetery is located on a steep hill behind the old high school and sad to say is in a state of disarray. We are trying to raise funds to provide access, map the cemetery and install a marker with all of the burials listed on it. My personal project is to restore Leonard Clark's stone. It is quite tall and has toppled over. Hopefully, we can do that and have it rededicated. I have pictures of his stone in my archives and will look for them. I will post them on Find a Grave and will let you know when I have done so.

Please know that I've added Jack Daniels to the proper cemetery "Lebanon Union Cemetery" after some exhaustive research. I know that you are the owner of the FaGrave memorial record, please let me know if you would like me to transfer over the record back to you from the "Lebanon Cemetery". I've sent you update requests that helps explain some of the mystery and research I've done. You can find more if you click on their Cemetery links... Michael

He is not actually buried here. The community of West Winfield put up markers and a big monument to those who were killed from that area in the war. He is actually buried in Fredericksburg. My own great-great uncle had a company of the 121st and he was also killed and is honored here, though not buried here.

|John McNally||Eldred Spinney|
After meeting with the Archivist in Gloucester I am convinced that there is no grave in Oak Grove for Eldred Spinney, however we did locate the grave of his wife Georgianna Wilson Spinney in a section of "single lots" with the marker # 17.(no stone with name}. If I can be of any further help please let me know. I do know they were married in Malden MA 4 Nov 1895 and she died Aug 16 1897. At the time of there marriage he was listed as a fisherman out of Gloucester. John McNally

My name is Kathie Bunnell and my family and I are hooking as many Bunnell's together as possible. I am the history seeker,finding my family and helping others. Charles is in the line up of my great great grandfather. We have most of his sibling's, just need a few more to connect so that is why I asked so we the Bunnell, (Bonnell) family can connect them together for future family members.This has been a mission of us fro many years as I have been doing my family tree since I was 8 years of age. My family tree is very important to me.. I would appreciate it and so would my family if you would transfer it to me..
