RE: Spellmeyer
Mary, thank you so very, very much! Do you live in or near the Sumner/Eddyville area? I would love to meet with you some time. *smile* I'm a bit behind with my genealogy things; perhaps you have just lit a fire under me, to get busy! Again, thank you.

RE: Lemmer
I'm sorry Mary, I don't manage that memorial, so am unable to add links for you. When ask David to add the link be sure to use the "edit" tab on the memorial. That way he gets the message and a direct link to the memorial that you want him to change. Enjoy a beautiful day today! :-) A

RE: George and Ida Hunter Smith
Hi Mary,

I'm trying to determine if George's father, John H. Smith is the same John who is the brother of my GG Grandfather Jeremiah Smith. I have found descendants of his other brothers George, Nathaniel and Thomas. Another family researcher sent me a file with several Smith family photos.

I would love to know if you know anything about George's parents.

My email address is my username at yahoo
I'd love to hear from you

RE: Reply
My apologies for not responding. I would take over any of the Spellmeyers and/or Barnebeys you would feel comfortable in transferring to me. Also, Mollie Connell Barnebey, as far as I can tell, was my great grandmother's sister, Nancy E. Connell Barnebey.

RE: Agnes M Lamphear, Cheyenne Memorial Gardens
I checked the burial cards at the cemetery and Agnes is the only Lamphear there. Two Lampheres are buried in Cheyenne Memorial Gardens and I added memorials for them.

RE: William Farquer
Mary, Thank you for your kind words. It's a pleasure doing this; I only wish you could read William's marker better. LBS

Farquer and Wolf, Carrington Cemetery, Foster County, ND
Hi Mary, I am fulfilling your Carrington Cemetery photo requests and wanted you to know that I didn't see Glen Wolf's marker. The cemetery does have a book at the cemetery, so you might want to make a photo request. I am not from the area and was visiting with my husband looking for his family. There is another Contributor that has been very busy fulfilling many of Carrington's photo requests (yea!), so they might be of great help in finding Glen. I see the markers are spelled "Wolf."

I also noted you requested a correction to a memorial through your photo request (updating Alta Wolf's maiden name to Farquer), but you will need to make a suggestion to the memorial owner.

Regards, Loretta

John Hoke vs John Horn
I believe you are correct about the incorrect name for the photo you requested for John Hoke. There is a John Hoke in the Viola Cemetery near Oconto, Custer County, Nebraska and I posted a picture of that stone on the John Hoke memorial site with dates to match those on the stone.
I'm sorry that I was not looking for John Horn when I was at the cemetery but perhaps you could remove your request and have the name changed to request John Horn??

Bayne at Viola Cemetery
While taking photos at the Viola cemetery, I found Donald Bayne born October 2, 1926 and died November 19, 2000. If you would like to add a memorial, I would be happy to add the photo. I'll be checking back occasionally to see if the memorial is added.

Carrs at Viola Cemetery
I see there are entries for some of these people in both "Viola Cemetery" and "Lomax Cemetery". Aren't they the same location? I see that they show that it's Viola Cemetery also known as Lomax Cemetery. It seems like all these entries should be in the Viola Cemetery site.

Carr family at Lomax Cemetery
Hi: I have information to add for the Carrs buried at Lomax Cemetery. Joseph and Luella Carr are my great grandparents and the others are aunts, uncles and cousins. Would you like me to send you all the information?

RE: Turner
You are very welcome. I looked back on the memorials and realized that there were duplicate photos out there, so I eliminated the doubles. Hope you like the way it looks! Wendy

Spellmeyer / Sumner NE
Nice to meet you as well, Mary! Ross John Spellmeyer was my grandfather. My grandmother was Olive Barnebey Spellmeyer. My mother and her three siblings were their children.
Also, Warren, Line, Simpsom were/are cousins. My grandmother's (Olive) parents,Benjamin Franklin and Nancy E. (Connell) Barnebey owned and ran the Central Hotel in Sumner for about 13 years, around 1900.
Warm regards,

RE: Bakers Cambridge
I am only about half way through with that cemetery. I will watch for the names you sent and see if anything looks possible. Did you delete the ones you put in the fairview cemetery? I noticed there are several others listed in Fairview that are actually St Johns. Not yours though. Deb

RE: Bakers Cambridge
Theres not much to tell its actually a small cemetery right before you get to the gates of Fairview on the south side of the road. I did not realize it was separate until my husband built the directory for cambridge. It told me it was the catholic cemetery. If you look at the directory it lists the name and then st Johns. I think there were 4 Bakers. Not positive. I will look tonight after work. I will let you know names then. Deb

Bakers Cambridge
the Bakers you requested are not in Fairview cemetery they are in St Johns which is just outside Fairviews gates St Johns is the catholic side. If you move them and request the photos I should be able to get them for you. Deb-

I would like to know if you're related to Spellmeyers ... if not, would you consider transferring them over to my page, since my mother was a "Spellmeyer". Thanks.

I took the grave picture for Anna Ranscht and noticed 3 other Ranscht's in the same Section 5, Lot 5, Block 8. I added to Find A Grave Ernest T Ranscht grave stone picture as he has a memorial page but I did not find memorials for the other 2 Ranschts. They are William Ranscht Oct 15, 1888-Nov 13, 1953 and a Linda A Ranscht 1887-Feb 5, 1979. The grave stones list just years on Linda and Ernest but I asked Highland Memorial Park for the exact death dates. They said they do not have the exact birth dates for either of them. I also took an overview of the 4 graves if you would like copies please let me know soon as I usually don't keep pictures I take for long.
Hope this is helpful for your research.
