|Jennifer Hamilton||William and Clara Brown|
Hello again, Thank you for the transfers. I appreciate it very much. You have been so helpful and I appreciate all your work for me. In regards to Clara's father, I found him at a different cemetery with his name misspelled in his memorial. I am really enjoying "reuniting" this family so that everyone is linked. Talk to you soon, Jen

Thank you for Clara. I appreciate that very much. You have been so helpful. I just connected her to her father, Dr Epaminondas Dunn (ED) Pitts. I have still not found an actual grave site for him. Would he be there at Moody by chance? Thanks for checking. Jen

Sure, thanks. I'll take whoever's in the family group. I believe that Clara Brown Shofner is Bess's next older sister. Jen

Forgot to mention, one of the clues I've been working with is the gift list from my older brothers baby book from 1955. I bet this is the Aunt Bess and Uncle Don that gave him the yellow and white one-piece suit. Lol. Jen

Excellent, thank you. You are so kind to look that up for me. She's been a tough one to figure out and I appreciate your help. I am having so much fun trying to figure out my family and get them connected. Jen

Thank you so much for the transfers. I appreciate it very much. I noticed in your bio that you are interested in the Neel line. I dont remember where it is at the moment, but I recall seeing one, possibly associated with the Brown's so I may turn up a familial relationship between us. I'll see if I can find it again. Jen

Thank you Ann. I've not seen two stones for the same person before. And, can you confirm for me that Bess and J Donald were married? Also, were you able to confirm for me that the "B" is for Brown? If that's correct, she's my grandfather's youngest sister. Thanks for helping me with all the research. I appreciate it very much. Jen

Thanks for linking Edna and her husband.
Thomas William Stark (1796-1857) and Mary Ballew Anderson (1798-1835) are the ones you mentioned??
If so Thomas is my husbands 1st cousin 6xremoved.

|Jennifer Hamilton||Bess B Moffatt #69032408|
Hello again Ann,
I tried to find contact info for Moody Cemetery, but couldn't, so I'm wondering if you can provide more info about Bess Moffatt. I'm pretty convinced that she's Bess Brown Moffatt, born Sept 1889, and the youngest sister of my grandfather. A great-uncle, Edgar Brown, that you transferred to me earlier this week along with his wife Pearl, would be her older brother. I also think she's going to be the 2nd wife of Joseph Donald Moffatt (why does he have 2 headstones?) #69032456. Are they buried close together? Is she in the Brown section?
I dont believe she ever had children, but Donald had 2 from his first marriage.
When you have time, would you mind taking a look to see if there's more info in the files about her and who put her/them there? Thanks so much.

My great-aunt Clara was the 2nd wife of Warren Davis Shofner #69362529 if you would link them please.
Her parents are William A Brown #108700409 and Clara Julia Pitts Brown #108699318.
Or, if it's easier for you, I'd be glad to take over the management of her memorial also as I continue to reconnect the Brown family.

Thank you for all of the work you are doing. I appreciate it very much.
Regarding Pearl Brown, her death certificate gives her dob as 19 April 1878 in Texas.
Her husband, Edgar D #108699284, is my great uncle. If you want to, please feel free to transfer them to me and I can continue working on getting the family all connected.

|Trish Funderburg Walls||Photo Requests|
Ann, sorry if I confused you about my message. I am just trying to let people know that the photos "Millie" is uploading for requests are copied from a website and Find A Grave does not allow that. I have notified the admin about this issue and it is totally up to you if you want to keep those photos she uploaded for your "request".

I can assure you that the headstone photos that "Millie" has uploaded is a copy rite violation. She DID NOT go out and take that photo. It is the EXACT photo that is on the Wise County Texas website. She is simply coping photos to her computer and then uploading them to Find A Grave. She is doing this for all of her requests. She is not allowed to do that and you have every right to ask her to take it off.

Don't know who told me she was buried there but after further research I believe she is buried in Emanu-El Cemetery AKA Temple Emanu-El Cemetery so I moved her there. If I am wrong let me know.

You said he and his first wife had a head stone in Oneaville Public Cemetery where is this cemetery? Can you give me a Find A Grave memorial number for them in that cemetery?

You are very welcome, Ann. Always happy to locate a marker that someone is seeking. Perhaps you saw the other three Rose family markers that were found? All four were lined up side by side.

You are very welcome. I knew Edith and John although everyone around here knew John as Roy. I was in the same class in school with Patsy. My brother was in the class with J.W. I also worked at the cement plant with Roy and J>W>
