"Edits" tab on home page
HI - I'm doing a quick survey of about 400 people on my friends list just to see how many are aware of the new "Edits" tab on their home page. If you could just shoot me back a brief response, either way that would be great. Thanks.

RE: Polmanteer and Oxendines
It would be nice to include the photo you suggested of the whole area. Are all the Slaughters listed already for the cemetery? Although they don't have gravestones, are there dates and names for the website? I have not looked at them yet. They were Edna Polmanteer's first family with first husband.

Polmanteer and Oxendines
Thank you so much for taking and uploading the photos. Looking at the Oxendines confirms the Cherokee heritage that our family talks about.

I hope you realize how much your generosity or time and effort means to us.

Thank you so much. It is comforting to know that such an exceptional, funny, quirky guy now has a permanent marker for his time on this planet. I will plan a visit when I am next on NoCal.
Thanks so much for your service to our veterans and others who have slipped thru the cracks.

Wm & Mabel Baugh
Thank you so much! I could make out the Salt Lake City LDS Temple, but I couldn't figure out what the other inscriptions were. Let's hope that this information helps someone out there. Mj

William & Mabel Baugh
I don't have any information on these Baugh's, but they probably do tie in someplace. The only Wm Baugh I know anything about, and that's darn little is Rosa's husband. All I know is that his name was Wm and he doesn't appear on any census or records after 1920 that I can find. I'll put the names up then after the photos appear we can enter the dates, does that work?

Craig L Minkler
WHoever you are, thank you so much for bringing this home for me. He was a dear friend I lost touch with, and "googled" many times in the last decade, to no avail. Now I know why -- he passed away before Al Gore invented the Internet.

Had it not been for his brief military service, and the Missing in America/Find a Grave outreach, his whereabouts would have forever haunted me.

Thanks for everything.

RE: grandma Baugh
William and Mabel Baugh may be on my list too, but at this point I'm not sure. Grandma Baugh had six sons, Harold; Edward; Everett; Floyd; Howard; and Robert and one daughter Gladys. I'm not sure when or where her husband William died, can't find him or any of the sons. There were lots of Baugh's in Churn Creek Bottom at one time and in the Antioch area - but that's about all I know. In December 2010 a female Billie who was once married to a Baugh, and whose mother was once married to a Baugh (is that confusing or what) passed away and I'm looking for her obit. Are you in REdding? I don't know what her last name may have been at the time of her death, but she was probably in early 70's and died of cancer.
