RE: Memorial# 58923095
Actually, the date of death matched, it was the birth month/year that was off.

Can't find where that birth information came from (likely the now-edited flower), I posted the info from an obit that only mentioned he was 71 years old. Changed birth ddates to match the marker.

Thanks!

ps. If you have additional questions or information, please use the Edit Tab in the upper right corner of the relevant page and submit that way (use the "Suggest..." option for freeform comments). That method will send a link and avoid inadvertent issues with typos, etc.

Aloha,
May I use your photo of the stone for Benedict Arnold and his wife on my private family tree. FYI, I always credit the source of my information or photos. Thank you very much....

RE: William Frank Buckley
Okay, I made the change. Also, please do not leave edits on flowers on the memorial pages I create. This is against Find A Grave policy, and it really looks junky on the memorial page. Flowers are meant to express sentiment.

I didn't check, and I don't have a way to right now. You might want to request a photo of the grave to confirm. I don't consider Wikapedia a reliable source.

I cannot add children to William Buckley, Sr. You have to send the edit to the child (William Buckley, Jr.) and that user can add parents. The only linking options we have on memorials is to add parents and spouses.

I am positive through at least four other Family confirmations. Catharine's Parents are William P Moore and Mary Ann Clum Moore. I have added a picture of the IGI record of the confirmation of Catharine's parents and her Christening date and location to her memorial page. Would you please add her to the rest of her Family? Thank you.

She rest in the Old Red Church cemetery near her son and her Brother Erastus. Erastus and she are on the same census in 1850 as children with their parents William P and Mary Ann Clum Moore. William P dies in 1856. No other census with names of children exist prior to 1850. I do believe that this source is correct. On further research through Ancestry I found a few other Families who have Catharine' s Parents as stated above. I can send you the links if you would like. Thank you again.

Peggy, I made an error in Catharine's parents. In the 1850 census she is found living with Father William P. Moore 81270393 and her Mother Mary Ann Clum Moore 81270433 also sister Mary E. Moore 1837-?, brother Erastus 1842-?, sister Matilda 1845-? and brother John 1847. In the 1870 census she is living with Adam Moore with her husband. I'm sorry for the mistake... could you please correct my initial error? Thank you in advance...

RE: Clinton Cemetery
Clinton Cemetery is the only cemetery in Irvington, NJ, so if your relatives are in Irvington, that's where they are. The cemetery page has the mailing address. You can write to them with the info you have (names, birth/death dates) and they'll reply in a few weeks.

Peggy,

Thanks for letting me know Irene's correct middle initial.
I added Irene's middle name and maiden name.

Also linked her to Louis.

Since you are related, would you like me to transfer management to you ?

If so, just let me know.

Thanks Peggy ... there were over 300,000 men who left NY State to defend the Union. I guess my journey to find them all will take a lifetime, which is what I have...LOL

RE: William Carr Beresford (1836-1900)
Hi Im still bangong my head with the Beresford Hope family, some of thye dates on Peerage clash with Wikipedia and other sources. This will be a bit of and ongoing task but I have found some more infromation which Ive updated up subject to change.
Ive taken some picture of the grave but could not get all of the information form some of the Table top Tombs.
The is one headstone that has a whole list of names and diferant locations on that I will have to look into.

It might be a Typo, but I will see when put the pictures up at the end of the week some time.
Failing that I will have to do a bit of deeper research!
